Great social media management

What do you like best about the product?
When you run several different social media accounts, it can be very difficult to keep track of all of the tweets, Instagram posts, and Facebook posts. Hootsuite takes care of this problem by creating one platform that can manage all of your social media accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is fairly expensive and can be difficult to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management. It helps with scheduling social media posts and getting organized. I also enjoy the Hootsuite Analytics, because they are often more in depth than Twitter or Facebook analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy for us to manage all of our social media outlets including multiple Facebook pages, LinkedIn showcase pages and Twitter handles. We have multiple users as well, so everyone can work together to schedule posts. We are able to post once and apply it to all applicable pages at once. We are also able to schedule post for easy time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The homepage load time get slow with updating feeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing multiple twitter handles and facebook pages.

Hootsuite is a true one-stop shop for SM
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functions are not very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allowed my firm to quickly and easily expand our social media presence. It was very easy to post a full slate of content day to day with Hootsuite's easy-to-use features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a simple platform that can serve all of your social media posting needs, Hootsuite is a cost effective option I would recommend. For entrepreneurs and small businesses this is one of the best options on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule and plan out your content calendar in Hootsuite and are able to post on LinkedIn & Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was an option to post on Instagram. Also, it'd be great if we can save drafts (to help with planning).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to solve our content calendar issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post to multiple social media networks with the click of a button. The basic version is free, which makes integrating it into your daily routine a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're not able to respond directly to user comments from Hootsuite. You must log in to the individual social media pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating social media into our marketing cloud has been integral and Hootsuite helps manage the time wisely.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy. I didn't have to take any tutorials and was able to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing currently, have been very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple social media accounts for clients in my marketing agency. It makes it easy to be a one-stop shop for scheduling, reporting and having everything in a singular place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used other programs in the past but prefer Hootsuite due to the easy to navigate UI.

Drafting & scheduling posts, drag & drop
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t tag on INstagram or post directly to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a lot of different accounts so it does help keep them separate and schedule them out. The best feature is that you can see all the posts together on the calendar view and drag and drop them around.

It is effective to manage multiple social networks at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating publications is very simple. It is possible to program a message and attach files in a very short time, which greatly facilitates the work for any community manager. For most of the cases the free version is enough to carry social networks despite the limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Hootsuite would allow me to see the people who retweet my posts then I would give it the perfect score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform to carry the social networks of my company. I am using both versions, the free version for my personal networks and the paid version for my company's use. It has been very beneficial for me since I can schedule the publications well in advance and this allows me to save a lot of time that I can use it in other types of tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since I met Hootsuite I fell in love. With Hootsuite I have been able to increase the number of followers enormously and has made the social networks of my company well positioned. It is simply excellent.

Effectively manages all of our social media in one application

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule content for days ahead in more than one social platform. That is definitely a strong benefit. After doing some research, I have found that Hootsuite is one of the few social media management solutions that brings together all the primary social media platforms into one place the most effectively. So I like that many people trust and use it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's metrics data and monitoring tools are not really as details as they could be. I would like the analytics area to be more user-friendly and the reports to be more in-depth and aesthetically pleasing. I don't dislike anything very much beyond that though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been a straightforward platform for scheduling posts on Facebook, Twitter and other social media accounts. We can easily add and remove accounts as needed. It has significanty simplified our management of multiple social media accounts. We can publish text, image and video posts all from one location and monitor user interactions and activity for all our accounts and relevant keywords. Without Hootsuite, we would have to log into several accounts and not have the full scope of data and other management tools that Hootsuite provides. It really helps to save us time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is excellent for getting your social media accounts organized in one application. If you need a road map for your social media requirements, you should definitely consider using Hootsuite to get all your accounts in one place and start running them all more smoothly.
