Manage social networks easily with HootSuite
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is the best program to manage our social networks! With the free plan we can manage three accounts at the same time, we currently manage Twitter and Facebook of our company. This program undoubtedly saves us a lot of time since there is no need to directly enter our social networks, if not everything we handle from the HootSuite platform, from creating publications, editing, programming and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem we have found in HootSuite is that it has no way of detecting if the traffic received by our networks is human or bots and this obviously can affect the visits graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HootSuite working our accounts or that of our clients is much easier, since we can create a publication and send to different platforms, it also saves us time when programming them and deciding what day and at what time they should be published. It should be mentioned that we can also create integrations Adobe Stock, OneDrive, Trello, Salesforce for Hootsuite and many more. And most importantly, it is also safe to use it since we can activate the two-factor authentication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HootSuite! It is the best thing to manage your social networks and that of your clients, from program, edit, create publications and much more in my same place, is what you can find in this program. You can also use your free plan that has good features and you can hire a payment plan you will have many more features.
Composer: pros and cons
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the composer feature of Hootsuite and that it allows for a general preview of what a post will look like on variety of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the composer view I have noticed that the previews are not entirely accurate when it comes to imagery

Hootsuite is a great tool if you are looking for help with scheduling out social media posts.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides a great user experience, making it easy and straightforward to use.

I wish there was more provided with the reporting side of this tool. The social scheduling piece is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule out social media posts far in advance and keep track of the engagement of those posts.
Capable Social Media Management for Individuals or Teams
What do you like best about the product?
In an age where social channels must be managed for effective distribution and frequent interaction, Hootsuite is easy to use and highly customizable. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the interface for monitoring and measuring what's most important to YOU takes a bit of work. There is limited CRM integration. Detailed Analytics are $$$.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allow us to u to collate all social media accounts and stream them on one dashboard. It allows scheduled social distribution with link tracking and analytics.
Makes my life much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule all my posts for the week when I am going away, and I can also plan a few days in advance when I am in the office. I also like the ability to preview before the posts go live.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be about to change with the launch of their new editor, but at the moment if you want to edit a post after you have scheduled it, I can't see a way to edit the post across all the platforms, I have to perform the same edit in each one. But it is a minor one, I can live with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ensure we have a continuous presence across our social platforms even when I am out of the office. The ability to preview my posts also means I have a second chance to spot errors and amend before it goes live.

Trial it and then decide. You might not look back.
The best program to manage social networks
What do you like best about the product?
I love HootSuite because it's a complete program. We can perform different jobs and manage different networks or platforms in one place. From publish, share, schedule publications, analyze content and much more. We can also use HootSuite from the browser or mobile application, which we think is very comfortable and allows us to keep up with the work no matter where it is located.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing that has caused us disgust, is that HootSuite has the option to add a link to the publication but the link is not published! Or at least on Facebook, at least on Twitter it is published without any problem. But for the rest, we believe that HootSuite is the best platform to manage networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HootSuite we can manage our social networks. Track each social network separately or together, see the share of our users in our publication. Make publications of sales promotions or news. It also has an option to schedule publications that saves us a lot of time when working in our networks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We strongly recommend using HootSuite in your small, large or medium-sized company, even in your social network accounts to give them a good administration, in addition to being able to carry out a good monitoring and monitoring. Undoubtedly, for us, using HootSuite has improved the time for answers, publications, approaching our clients and dedicating time to other work activities since it takes away a burden from our shoulders.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool for those who are managing several different social media accounts and are posting across several platforms. It has saved me tons of time since I am able to schedule messages across various platforms at the same time. Furthermore, Hootsuite gives you the ability to tweak messages to cater to specific platforms. This is terrific since the voice used on Twitter is much different than the voice we like to present on Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem has been with Instagram. When I post to Instagram specifically, I have to immediately check to see if the post went through. In the past, I've had instances where I posted something to our handle on Instagram via Hootsuite and it didn't show up. These were not scheduled posts, though, they were sent immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hootsuite to engage with our audience and keep them informed. And we are doing this seamlessly across all the main social media channels (Facbebook, Twitter, Instagram). Social media moves very quickly so being able to post and respond in a timely manner is important. Hootsuite makes it easy to do that.
Also, with Hootsuite, we are learning who our audience is, what posts they like and what they're interested in knowing. Being able to track this is important and Hootsuite makes that happen in a way that is simple and understandable.

Hootsuite offers courses that allows you to learn more about social media management. I would recommend this in order to learn all what the tool is capable of.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for over three years now. It is a social media automation lifesaver. I considered building bots to do something similar until I discovered it. It allows me to schedule Tweets for my targeted audience based on what I consider is their primetime. It plugs in seamlessly for SMB owners and entrepreneurs to iOS and Chrome browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Losing Instagram was big, but not the end of the day. I do wish that from the mobile app I had as much control as I do from PC. Sometimes I need to jump on a PC to make hard edits, the mobile app falls short here. I wish I could rearrange scheduled posts more easily from my phone because that is usually where my content is coming from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and efficiency! You do not have to hire a third party to do posts for you at a specific time. This lets you release it as you see fit with a trusted organization. Even if the content is syndication, I can use it to hit the target audience for each account at the necessary time.
