Social Media organization at it's finest!
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to manage multiple platforms of social media in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging on/connect to all platforms was a little difficult at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted one central spot for all social media platforms rather than having to open each app individually.
A Worthy Investment
What do you like best about the product?
When I think of time management in regards to Social Media, I think Hootsuite. Though it is highly popular, the features that Hootsuite offers are game changers. With the rise of social media and especially for those managing multiple social media accounts, Hootsuite offers multiple capabilities like HTML shorteners, scheduled postings, and even background research on the best time to post for your target audience. Hootsuite is certainly among leading software in many scenarios, but I find it most efficient for managing multiple social media accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be a little confusing at first. Also, the Hootsuite free plan only allows you to manage three social media profiles, so if you want to manage more profiles, you need to pay for a premium/pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite can prove to be very expensive, especially if trying to add more than three social media accounts OR if you're allowing multiple users on board. The biggest benefit for me personally is saving time. Through Hootsuite I have gained access to an of apps that has visibly shown improvement in my marketing strategies.
Makes social marketing easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do all my social marketing for a week in only an hour a day for free. As a business owner just starting out I don't have a huge budget for marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get frustrated with the interaction with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to solve my social marketing problem cheaply and effectively. I have been able to generate new and better leads by being able to connect with people through my social media.
Hootsuite must get your sigin sorted.!!

Hoosuite is great for multi-posts. schedule posts whilst away from the office
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoosuite sign in alone is a massive pain in the back side even using google authenticator, just does not work together, on average it takes around 15 sign in to complete before you can get in to hootsuite, Total complete disaster.

There is nothing that I dislike about this product.

I am able to save time by scheduling out and managing organic posting easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using this if you have multiple organic accounts to manage.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the interface, calendar option for scheduling posts, as well as the multiple options for scheduling things from our social calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of seats on the app. I understand it, but it's also frustrating to be drafting a post and get kicked off when a coworker also logs on

Posting to social media is incredibly easy. We are able to schedule posts for whenever we need them to go live. It's also great for keeping up with lists and our network of editorial contributors

Find out what your enterprise needs regarding analytics and social media management and find out if this program can meet those requirements.

The best way to Manage your Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
You can install third-party applications, something that sets it apart from other tools for managing social networks. You can schedule the mass publication of messages. From a single control panel, you can manage everything, which makes it easy to use. Monitor each conversation in customized tabs, which will help you observe and listen to your customers or potential customers and introduce content that interests them. To conclude, regarding its use, we can say that it has a very intuitive interface, which considerably facilitates its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical support is quite comprehensive, but to highlight a disadvantage, I would say it lacks phone support, as sometimes you can lose some time waiting for a response to your query or problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool, we have been able to monitor all the social networks managed by the company, be closer to the customer, and understand their needs firsthand.

Hootsuite is a tool that will allow you to save considerable time during your workday as it facilitates the management of your social media accounts and also helps organize your workflow so you can stay up to date with conversations with your clients and understand their needs and any issues they may have with the service you have provided them.

I love that we can pre-schedule posts. It really makes things easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I am really impressed by how easy this is to use.

I dont have to do everything today. I can pre-schedule posts when I have the time and when I dont have the time, things are still in progress and work well!

The only thing I dont like is the price. It is a bit high for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows post to multiple social media apps all at the same time. No need to post the same thing multiple times hoot suit does it. you can schedule posts for later dates too
What do you dislike about the product?
you can only post up to 30 scheduled posts unless you buy the full version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving time by scheduling posts ahead of time and posting to all our social media accounts with in minutes
