Managing Facebook made easy

What do you like best about the product?
The centralized dashboard allows us to manage multiple facebook pages from one place and saves time and confusion. We can plan content weeks in advance and the visual calendar makes its easy to see what is scheduled, where we have gaps. The analytics are easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like tagging are restricted by Facebooks API which can be frusterating. Cost can be a bit highif we want to add users or advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple facebook pages to post to, Hootsuite allows us to manage them all easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found most helpful about Hootsuite is the ability to not only post on multiple platforms at once, but also the scheduling. It has really helped our non-profit's social media presence grow and helped manage it smoothly. I do like how it tells us what times most people engage with our content because it has helped drive up our impressions. I really do like the AI tools that hootesuite has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the downsides of Hootsuite is that I had a hard time understanding how to boost posts on hootsuite. I also do wish that you can see accounts you want to tag beforehand on hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem we were having is getting more engagement with our posts. The feauture that tells how our social score, analytics and the timing of posts has helped us improve our social media presence/engagement.

Daily Essential for Social Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite every day for work, and it’s become an essential tool for managing our social media posts. One of the features I really appreciate is the ability to view all scheduled posts in one place. It makes planning and adjusting our content calendar incredibly efficient. I also love how easy it is to duplicate posts for future scheduling and customize the timing for each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, one drawback is that alt text doesn’t transfer over to Instagram, which is frustrating when trying to maintain accessibility across channels. It would be great to see that improved in future updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it simple to plan and schedule social media posts all in one place. The calendar with built-in holidays and special dates is extra helpful, not to mention the suggested content from their OwlyWriterAI tool! We've recommended the platform to other non-profits where staff are all wearing many hats, stretched thin or short on time -- this has been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see Bluesky integrated into the platform in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging into multiple different accounts to schedule out numerous posts at once -- with Hootsuite I can do it all in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is easy to use, built-in analytics are amazing, and even basic listening tools can help inform your direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Owly.AI is new, so it gets a small break, but it is way too generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the blank page problem with listening, and also helping to fill a calendar quickly thanks to its ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Hootsuite is the planner. It makes my life as a marketing professional seamless, and it allows me to schedule when I know I'll be out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any negatives about Hootsuite. It integrates with all of our many different platforms and allows me and my team to be detailed and organized!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me, and my brain, organized while I've got multiple work streams on-going. I never have to worry about our social media presence, or posting 5 different places, due to being able to map out weeks in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not exactly a Hootsuite power user, but I do use it to schedule social media posts and share for review with colleagues. I save time by scheduling posts, and I save myself a ton of stress because I don't have to log in to several platforms daily to make posts, review comments, etc... For anyone managing an organization with multiple social media accounts, Hootsuite is absolutely a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to balk at the price, especially if you're only using Hootsuite as a scheduling tool, but I promise, your time is worth more than the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is not exactly "social media first". That means that I don't want to spend large parts of every single day working on social media stuff. But that doesn't mean that social media isn't important to us. Hootsuite lets me do the bulk of my social media in one block of time per week, instead of letting the demands of social media interrupt my workflow several times per day.
