What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule posts on other platforms that don't have that service built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The display is a bit cluttered and sometimes it doesn't tag pages right when you build posts in the publisher, so you have to go to the social media site and double check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small non-profit and this allows us to have interns schedule out some of our social media and take the burden off of full-time staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows for easy social media management and consolidation, saving time and effort in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version used to be sufficient for most small organizations. Now, you almost have to pay to get the worthwhile tools. It also can be a bit clunky trying to manage on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our social media using this tool, allowing us to schedule out posts on one platform for all of our accounts. This has saved an incredible amount of time and allowed us to be more consistent with our online presence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase a plan rather than going with the free version, especially if you want to save time on reporting and other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to integrate multiple accounts into one dashboard and search across platforms. It is also easy to schedule postings and reply to posts with certain keywords. Familiar feeds from the accounts are all able to be seen in a customized dashboard. Overall, a very helpful social media tool that I can easily use and teach other teammates in onboarding as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface at times can feel a bit clunky, and there is a lot of scrolling that is required. There could also be an easier navigation bar for the quick shortcuts that I frequently visit or use. The tiered payments plan also could be more flexible. Wish the dashboards were a bit easier to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach all customers I need and provide top levels of response and service online. Also only having to stop in one place for all of my accounts is amazing integration and convenience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule things out to go out across multiple forms of social media. It is super convenient to just click a couple of things and have one post go out to facebook, instagram, and twitter all at once instead of having to post it to each site individually. I love how far out in advance you can schedule things too. We schedule things like holidays out years in advance and it's so nice to know that we don't have to go in and type "Happy Fourth of July" on the actual day, because a post that we have scheduled is already going to go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple issues that I've had with Hootsuite. I don't like how often our social media pages will become disconnected. They'll be working no problem and then suddenly I can see all of my streams except for facebook or something. It's really annoying and it is usually time consuming to get it to work again. I also get emails at least once a month with something like "your instagram post failed to post", with no other explanation. This is disappointing because sometimes I don't see it until far later and it is too late to go back and post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule our social media in batches so that we don't need to spend time doing it every single day. It is incredibly helpful to have it automated and it makes us take a lot less time setting things up for social media daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple way to manage your social media all in one place, I definitely think that Hootsuite will do that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's an all-in-one product for busy freelancers or marketers. Also, the customer service is so easy to talk to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not enough time. With Hootsuite, I bring more time to my day.

What do you like best about the product?
Posting across multiple platforms at once, scheduling posts to be activated at exact dates and times in the future allowing for one day of set up and being able to focus on other tasks. I use facebook and instagram on the free trial and can post up to 30 scheduled posts a month. This is really useful when I need time to focus other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading photos can be tricky when posting across multiple platforms. There needs to be auto adjustment for photos. The image updater is not the best imaging program but it does work well. I would like to see improvements so I do not have to use other applications to update/edit photos before uploading. There are no huge issues or problems at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved time and money by just setting up all my posts for the week on one day. Then I can just pop in and check as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Free trial is great but definitely upgrade.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fully customizable scorecard for social management. It facilitates the efficient supervision of multiple channels or aspects of a particular social channel in one place. The bulk programmer has saved me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more likely to be a technical flaw in the platform rather than a software downside, but on some occasions I have run into problems with the massive scheduling of duplicate schedules in the calendar. This requires that you manually return and delete the duplicates, which is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use this tool to program tweets and manage the Twitter accounts of the company where I work. Through Hootsuites you can review, above all, the mentions made by users about our company and address them quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app posts things for you at the time and date yous set. It makes planing your business posts and advertising so much easier. And it cross posts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is confusing the first time. I experienced stalling and complications with sgetting put posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used shootouts for my online healthy and fitness business. It was great for making business and advertisement posts in advance. And organizing my information before it actually got viewed by eanyone.
