MY experience with hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Is was every every good to use and real use to manage

The fee was way expensive and they can lower the rate.

can personalize the streams to most of the needs we have, can add on some other services and never give the staff any password

Hootsuite a great tool- if you pay for it.
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the only free scheduling tools that allows you to schedule LinkedIn posts in advance
What do you dislike about the product?
All the great features that were once available on the free version are being moved to the paid version. It’s gotten progressively worse over the last two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling LinkedIn posts is a huge one for us

What do you like best about the product?
A few things come to the fire when I think of my experience with Hootsuite:
1. The aggregated tabs showings all my linked sites is super cool
2. Ability to schedule posts and sync content placement is one of the reasons I feel vindicated when my billing date is due and I receive that debit from my card.I could never properly coordinate 'Surgical' posts in all sites but now I can.

What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI is plain boring... It looks like something on my old DOS platform, Hootsuite, you can do better... Much more than that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our social media management (all of me.. Lol) is able to efficiently manage multiple sites and this means less time is spend moving between different sites and repeating the same mundane tasks.

Please go for it... I would not recommend an alternative

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can manage several different social media accounts via one application. I love that there is a mobile app for sending posts on the fly. I like that you can schedule posts far in advance. It all equates to a much better week for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application can sometimes be a tad bit buggy. Especially the mobile app. I hate they went up on their pro plan prices as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefitted me by saving me lots of time. Instead of posting one post on multiple platforms I can post through hootsuite and hit them all at one time. I havent seen any business pitfalls from using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love drafts in Hootsuite. It is the best way to communicate in Social Media saving time and efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is really bad and sometimes the service is not working properly.

Social Media Management
Great all in one tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see your social media account timelines all in one place without having to login to them all on different screens.
Also, I will say that the HootSuite Academy has given me some great tips and tricks for my social media management! They walk you step by step with video lessons that help you implement things you may not have thought of before, and how to tweak your social media accounts so that you can make the most of your posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the posting interface, I don't find it as clean and clutter free as Buffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with social media can be difficult when you manage several accounts across many platforms. Hootsuite has helped keep everything in one place and easy to see.

Give yourself time to learn how to use HootSuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows very easily and simply to schedule and manage the content we want to share on our social networks. The best thing about this tool is that you can do everything from the same panel without having to waste a lot of time on complicated processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application often does not work as it should be by not allowing our content to be published on different social networks at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach more people through our social networks was what we wanted to achieve and with the use of Hootsuite we have been able to achieve it quickly and without spending much time or effort on it.

First familiarize yourself with the panel and you can get the full potential of Hootsuite. Organize your publications with the tool to manage your content in the best way.
Great Platform

It's a great platform to use for scheduling content ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations regarding file sizes for image or video attachments.

We use Hootsuite as a way to schedule and post social content.

I did like the ease of the dashboard and auto scheduling.

That I can only verify my account with CC

There's some mysterious credit card on file to verify my account, so I can CANCEL it and I don't have it and they have no other way to verify my identity. No managers or supervisors to talk to. Nothing. How did this happen? I asked for nonprofit pricing just to see, and they signed me up, so now I can't use the account because they think I owe money and I can't cancel it. The customer service has been infuriating.
