Excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite took away all the headache of being my own business' social media manager - I just need to sit down once or twice a week and schedule posts to go live at specific times and that's it! Although I just signed up for a free 30-day trial of the premium version, I like that the free version gives you enough to start with - you can schedule up to 30 posts in advance on three different social media outlets. Oh and I LOVE how Photopin royalty-free photos are included, saving you time from having to search for photos and save them - I wish it would include Unsplash libraries as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't entirely easy to use, but you learn fast enough (it took me about half an hour to become entirely familiar with it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me peace of mind when it comes to managing my social media, knowing that I don't have to worry about posting several times a day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it to any small business owner struggling to manage social media on top of running your business. Hootsuite takes the headache away!

I like the ability to schedule tweets, it's a great way to be active.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot tag people in photos on hootsuite. It is a feature that doesn't make me use it often. I dislike how you cannot schedule more than one Instagram photo in advance. I never schedule Instagram posts because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule tweets in advance, which allows us to be more organized.
Managing your social networks is easy for me now.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to use this, and saves you a lot of time because you can manage all your social networks through just one software, and don't have to log in from each to each. We can scheduled as many posts we want and so far they have all been posted without a single glitch or error. It also gives you an alert when your Twitter characters have exceeded which let us edit the post. I like the social media stream that show up on the dashboard. It has also social integrations for all major sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.
My favorite is the colums. You can organize yourself easily using colums and get different views of your social media activity.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has some automation but the ability to automatically send items back to a queue will be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us keep on top of our social media activity all in one place. We've saved time and effort, I manage a number of accounts, with Hootsuite all I had to do was link the 3 accounts and the rest will be handle by Hooutsuite. It will be published on my preferred sites on the mentioned date. We've saved time and effort, whilst building a steadily growing social media following.

I truly recommend this softwares, is amazing and saves you a lot of time, it really worths it!

What do you like best about the product?
I have always had issues managing social media for multiple businesses. This gives me the ability to micro manage more than one thing at a time. I am able to completely trust the software to help organize and put out information correctly on the platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike that I have is that the interface can become confusing at first if you do not take the time to learn it. If you are trying to rush through the set up process, you will likely run into some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social media platforms and talk with customers at the same time. I realized how beneficial it is to be accurate on more than one social media platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you dont have too many people involved with your log in. When multiple people are controllling your account, it can become confusing.
Simple Scheduling for the busy bee
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple this program is to use! I can schedule a whole week's worth of posts to several platforms within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that each platform that you schedule the same post on counts as one of your 30 scheduled messages a month. It makes it difficult to time things right! Sometimes I don't have time to schedule things every week and try to schedule things for two weeks at a time, but can't because each platform post counts towards the limit instead of the same message counting as one. But I suppose that is why there is a paid version:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THis program is freeing up time! I don't have to worry if I'm a a knife show if something is going out on social media, because I can plan around the fact that I'll be busy. It's a huge weight lifted off my schoulders!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider purchasing the full version if you can! A little more freedom that way!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up personalized social streams all in one place. We can watch different areas of our industry, customers, and competitors all from one spot. The interface is easy to use and navigate, and it has a nice and clean analytics section to see top-level results from what we're doing on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the bulk composer tools are still rather glitchy. They're in beta right now so expect them to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Hootsuite to manage the social networks, of my old job and the actual one, is so good that I have many years of experience with Hootsuite. I use this to manage all the social networks, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram., which saves me a lot of time, because I can access from here, and not have to log in from each to each platform. Which makes my work more optimum and effective.
Basically the main benefit is to maintain an online presence at all times with scheduled postings and keeping in contact with our customers and users in one platform.

I really recommend this software it saves you a lot of time, and help you to manage your social networks in a very effective and optimum way.
Easy to use social-scheduling program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Hootsuite at its base level for free and still have the ability to do everything I need to. It is reliable and easy to use!

I wish Hootsuite had better built-in analytics.

Hootsuite saves me so much time when planning out our social posts for the week. It is invaluable.

Connects all social media accounts in a very clean user interface that operates great in a team atmosphere.

Most of the dislikes come from the ever-changing APIs for each social media platform. Hootsuite gets these issues resolved very quickly.

Time saving and a calendar of upcoming posts that all team members can review.

I like the ability to schedule my posts in advance to multiple social media platforms within the same interface.

I wish the UI was cleaner - the interface is pretty intuitive to use overall but the dropdown menus (such as to access the post scheduling feature) aren't always responsive immediately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps with saving time and streamlining communication. You're able to save time because you can schedule multiple posts in advance (rather than going into each individual platform) in a variety of mediums. You can streamline communication because everything is scheduled in one place; for example my boss is able to go in and see the posts I scheduled and reach out to me if there is anything I need to edit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- take more advantage of the other features offered in Hootsuite - I originally intended on using the platform only to schedule posts in advance but I recently discovered there's other ways to engage and measure on Hootsuite, such as using the Recommendations tool to build your social media strategy.
- use Hootsuite to maintain a singular brand voice with your social media content across different platforms. Because you're able to post directly from Hootsuite to multiple channels, you're able to see and promote a similar theme with the content across different channels.
