Single Window Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a single window view of all your social media channels. The dashboard gives you a view of all thats happening on your social media handles. The Post scheduling features allows you to schedule your posts for maximum impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social Media analytics are very basic and limited to that point in time no comparison is possible so decision making is diifcult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite is part of our Martech Stack for content Marketing. It offers us a command centre like console to manage all our social media in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The analytics offered by Hootsuite is not that great you might want to purchase the add-on modules that offer better analytics and research like Trendspotter Pro
Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management More Manageable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage ALL of my social media pages on one platform. I also love that I can pull in mentions and certain keywords on Twitter to monitor the conversations about my brand regardless if the customer has tagged us or not. It makes interacting with my customers a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike with the latest Facebook and Twitter updates that Hootsuite has been forced to make changes. The Hootsuite platform can no longer pull in Twitter direct messages, which is a huge bummer for me. Other than that, scheduling, managing and monitoring my content is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage all of my business pages, from 26 Facebook pages, to 7 Twitter pages - Hootsuite makes it easy to monitor and schedule all content in one place. It makes my life SO much easier. Also, my team and I can stay on the same page as far as scheduling and managing content.

Hootsuite will make your life so much easier!
A great program for a average marketer
What do you like best about the product?
For anybody who is just starting out on their marketing teams, this is the program to use and to utilize everywhere. Hoot idiots makes it easy and seamless to learn how to create campaigns from nothing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the simplicity a lot of the time. It doesn’t allow me to utilize more complex structures that I normally like to take into account. I wish this could change however this is not always the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beginning out I have no idea how to set up an editorial calendar. Now I do.
Simplifies My Social
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a simple management program to manage multiple social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I don't like about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hoosuite I can easily manage 10+ clients from a single dashboard. In addition, Hootsuite provides analytics and information that can improve a business' overall intelligence.

Hootsuite lets me see everything that's happening in real time on all my accounts and all its features save me so much time each day for planning content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the report section that could use a little improvement

Too much accounts to do everything manually for each of them and Hootsuite comes to the rescue !
Makes managing social media so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Pre-scheduling Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. I love that I can schedule out my posts in advance and not have to worry when unexpected meetings get in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've changed my tab versus stream structure a few times. Sometimes my needs change but other times I want more than 10 streams on one tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how reliable posting with Hootsuite is. I can set and forget. It's especially useful for timing Tweets and posts to that are synchronized with conferences and events.

This will make your social media management easier. Both easier to execute AND easier to manager and analyze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to post to multiple accounts right from the dashboard. I also like the geo search functionality. The Instagram posting is great too!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I don't like of Hootsuite because they help me to improve my productivity on social media management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for managing my own social media accounts as wel as the accounts of my clients too. The posibility of programming the posts is great so I can focus on monitoring the mentions from our followers and our competitors.

Easy to post to multiple accounts. IT allows you to post the same post multiple times to different accounts and schedule for different times of the day including weekends
