Great concept
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you could do all of your social media in one site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little complicated to use. There were scheduling errors, even though everything was set up properly. It needs a more user-friendly format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent less time having to post on social media. I am no longer using Hootsuite because I am no longer with either company. However, I would also recommend it for home-based businesses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A home-based business and all honesty really needs to look into this. If I was still with other company, I would still be using It.
The best tool to manage your social networks.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Hootsuite is undoubtedly the most positive aspect of this tool, with it you can manage any type of social network. Customized tabs for any conversation allow for a much more personalized interaction with the client. Being able to schedule your posts gives you the possibility to save a lot of time at work and ensures you don't forget to post daily. The search potential of this application is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app causes many problems, sometimes it is very frustrating to work with the app if you are not at your workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool or application gave me the ability to manage my social networks effectively and allowed me to manage my time better in my job position.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not sure and just want to know what Hootsuite offers you, you can try it without needing to enter any credit card for that. I encourage you to try it, that's what I did and from that moment I didn't stop using it.
Organization and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple social media accounts for multiple company divisions. The way that hootsuite is set up it in the dashboard makes it easy to stay organized. Being able to schedule posts is key as well as it allows you to create your post and then move on to other tasks. I also think that a very nice plugin that they offer is the hootlet plugin. This allows me to post articles that I find while online, that relate to and will benefit our customers, directly to hootsuite without having to save the article, log in to hootsuite, and then post. It really is streamlined and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike after using it for more than two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in front of customers via social media. We have to remind our customers that we are relevant and up to date with the current marketing outlets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that if you are considering Hootsuite sign up and give it a try. There are plenty of tools that allow you to understand how to maximize your use of the product as well as obtaining a certification in Hootsuite.

ease of use. can post to multiple connections at same time. love the schedule options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only post to 3 platforms at a time, which means I needed two separate accounts to post business wise and personally. I then had to share the post separately to all facebook pages associated with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to share posts and updates about the company's I work for!

I love it! I recommend it for all my communication needs across platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is user friendly and I can schedule multiple posts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the cost of Hootsuite, I think it is expensive.

Scheduling on multiple platforms.
Great For Organic Efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to organize all of your organic posting efforts across all platforms. It's especially nice that you are able to use it to post to Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications that it is time to post to Instagram do not pop up.

Keeping posts and post schedules organized in one place
Managing social networks is easy now!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple and easy to use. Hootsuite has more integrations than any of their competitors so even if they don't have a feature you can usually still make what you need. Their individual management platform is probably the best value on the market. Being able to post to multiple platforms and schedule save us a lot of time, which makes Hootsuite very effective and the cost is very reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the problem with Hootsuite is that when I post dynamic content (GIFs, videos, etc) sometimes don't autoplay when scheduled through Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started using Hootsuite is more easy for us to scheduling, managing and reporting for social media. Has made scheduling easier, now it's just set it and forget it. I can manage/monitor multiple accounts with one login instead of logging in and out of Facebook/Instagram/Twitter. Now we are more active on social networks, and produce the best content to our clients.

I recommend Hootsuite without any doubt! Is such an amazing software, that helps you to manage in a very easy way all your social networks!
A platform that every community manager should use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most complete tools and used today by community managers to monitor several accounts of different social networks simultaneously. Among its advantages we have that it is a free platform where you can add up to 5 accounts from different social networks. You can simultaneously view all the information on twitter that you would have to see, for example, by going to the "Connect" tab, mentions, retweets. With 5 columns you can control everything, see your timeline, sent tweets, retweets, etc. It allows us to program the tweets. When you retweet you can comment or quote in the tweet you choose, that is, enter a comment within the tweet you are going to retweet. On twitter you can only retweet the original tweet, just like that, without being able to include something in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, within the disadvantages of this you can not see the trending topics, so you have to have an open twitter profile to know what are the trending topics of the moment and study the possibility of publishing a retweet using some of the them that could get along with your theme and give more visibility to your tweet. You can see that tweet you have retweeted, but not who has done it. You can not see the number of followers you follow and they follow you. When you select the profile from which you are going to tweet, that action subtracts characters from your tweet. Although it is logical that you encode information and subtract tweets, in 140 characters that we have to express, many times that you take two of them you can disrupt a bit your tweet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage different accounts of my clients, and thanks to Hootsuite I can schedule the post that I need to do at the exact time. I can also see facebook or Instagram accounts!

It is an excellent tool to manage several social networks at the same time, and allows us to program and monitor every moment, every community manager must use it!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated Hootsuite's ease of use. I post a lot of the same things on multiple social media platforms, and I've found that Hootsuite reduces any errors that I might have made previously when I transferred posts by copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few issues with formatting on Hootsuite, and I do not have the budget to pay for the pro version. I'm doing fine using the free version of hootsuite, but every now and then there are settings I am not able to change or accounts I am not able to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reducing the amount of errors that occur between platforms when I am posting the same information. Hootsuite makes it easier for me to schedule posts, even months in advance, which is very helpful for my consulting business.
