Free Version is Useful in small level
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that Hootsuite showed you the schedule for each of the different social networks. It is also nice that you can schedule 30 in advance and can easily preview what they are going to look like before they are posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt like the fact that we only got 30 free ones, and once they were posted you got more. So it is possible to run the free thing the whole time but you have to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am maximizing social media exposure while saving time and being able to prepare.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features allowing your team to work on multiple projects at one time. Allowing them to edit, schedule, and update posts while collaborating as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drop down windows can sometimes get a little hectic and hard to read. I know it's there to monitor certain feeds but it can get messy if you have too many things being tracked,

We save time scheduling out social content. We can work closely as a team with visibility and communication that was lacking before we implemented the system.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature was the social calendar and allowing certain team members to schedule content, make changes as necessary, and plan out campaign while being very easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes were at a bare minimum, but I would say the amount of clicks when working through the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Social media scheduling took a lot of time away from our team when we had to constantly scheduling content the day of. With Hootsuite, we were able to save time by scheduling out posts for the week while being able to monitor all channels on one site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize Hootsuite university. It will help answer many questions on best practices as well as set a standard way of doing things within your team.

You can simply schedule engaging posts to send out to followers of your organization, hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could design the pictures/posts, etc, in Hootsuite, but it usually takes another app to create a cool infographic or graphic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and work hours. Rather than going onto each social media platform individually to post, you can do them all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Hootsuite is probably the main reason you are looking into it too--the ability to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms. Posts can also be scheduled using their analyzer for the best time to send it (which is pretty cool). I appreciate that I can automate posts to Twitter and Facebook at the same time. I really like the scheduler view so I can see when and at what time upcoming posts will be sent so I know when to add in something new if it arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really not sure. There isn't much that I don't like about Hootsuite. Sometimes it takes a minute to refresh after I schedule a post, leaving a banner at the top that blocks the text box for the next post, but that's a really minor something that is unrelated to its functionality on the whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time and allows me to schedule posts without having to physically do it every single time.
Hootsuite: A Great Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the first and only social media management platform I have used since entering into the world of social media marketing. It has allowed me to schedule all of my copies and content ahead of time which allowed me to better strategize my content for maximum engagement and reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I found was an issue was that it Hootsuite was always slow to integrate new social media platform features. For example, it took a while for Hootsuite to integrate seamless automatic Instagram posting (versus before when you would get a notification from Hootsuite to open up the app, copy and paste the caption, then open Instagram, paste, and then post).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content is crucial for e-commerce as it offers social validation and a better 'Google' score. This is important to us especially as a marketer in the digital space.

Very easy for beginners and also great for professionals. It is a very intuitive program to use.

Quick/ efficient posting

What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage is that it is compatible with any social network, so with it I have been able to manage all the social networks my company had, all through a single control panel. Scheduling messages to post on social networks at the time of day you want is also very positive as it allows you not to be constantly monitoring social networks during your workday, saving time and allowing you to dedicate it to other aspects of your job. The URL shortener can be used without any problem and it greatly reduces space, which is very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most tools for managing social networks, if you pay, you get many more services. The mobile app has frozen on me more than once, and I think they should strive to improve it since nowadays we all use our phones continuously at work, especially when we are out of the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, the time savings at work have been the most remarkable aspect. Being able to manage your social networks from one place makes it much easier to keep track of what your customer is really like and what they need from you.

If you are dedicated to marketing and social media management, Hootsuite is the ideal tool to improve your social profile or that of your company.

I like how easy it is to use and the mobile app makes it easy to use Hootsuite on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how once a post is posted you can’t see it anymore, or at least I can’t figure that part out. I also have issues with the automatic Instagram scheduling feature

What do you like best about the product?
All social channels are in one place! The ability to track mentions, likes, comments, etc... Hootsuite is a community manager's dream. Auto scheduling is one of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking keywords is not as easy or streamlined as it is in other services, like Sprout, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time is saved in social media posting by scheduling via Hootsuite.
