What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to manage and monitor all your social networks from a single platform. You can schedule the mass message posting, it's an intuitive and easy-to-use application. In addition, it has technical support through email, forums, chat, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
To access the free version you must register your credit card or a paypal account. The complements of the application are payments, like the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to be aware of the news and important events of the community, respond in time the complaints of neighbors and publicize the cultural activities carried out in our community in a massive way through our social networks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some of the add-ons of the application that must be paid should be integrated into the application, such as the results reports

What do you like best about the product?
I like the publisher view the best to easily see content for the day/week/month. And I like the new planner view to see the images for each post as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new composer feature is not the best, especially when I'm editing a post and if I want to share it to multiple social networks it doesn't allow you to add any so I have to just delete the post and recreate it to select multiple networks. Also, the fact that you can't tag pages/accounts except for Twitter has been especially frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for when you have multiple brands and social networks. I can easily schedule content for all the channels on Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
We use just for analytics, you can make an inform with a pair of clicks, they will have necessary information with a great syntax and estructure. Is a very complex tool that you can use free or paid, both are good, but in paid account you can do almost everything you want. Is an excellent product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything bad to say about Hootsuite, maybe it is improvable in some sections but no problem about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get in Hootsuite for social media management, but now we use it for analytics and monitoring Twitter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We used Hootsuite for manage our social media, mainly Twitter, but now we use Buffer and TweetDeck for it, so now we use for monitoring our growth and make a mensual inform of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is simple to use, effective and makes it easy to manage posts. Just using the free part of it helps our social media growth!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add captioning to photos in Hootsuite. In order to be ADA compliant, we should be adding captions to each photo we post, but it's not possible to do that when scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule our Tweets through Hootsuite saves us time. It means we are able to schedule up to 30 posts (through the free plan), which allows us to plan our social content better than if we were to post everything on the fly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a free product, it's not bad. My team doesn't have the budget to purchase products to help us with our social media, so we have to work with what we've got. Being able to use Hootsuite to schedule Twitter posts in advance helps make our job easier - especially since this isn't our day job. We're able to schedule a bunch of things in advance and then not have to worry about those going forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts across all of your social media accounts. I've used it for years now and have never had any issues now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about it. The user interface is pretty simple but for advanced marketers, it might be too simple there could be more to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, I'm scheduling social media posts for my company which is small. I'm able to easily time out all of my posts and see when they will all go out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try to explore all of the analytics of Hootsuite, there is more than just the scheduling features.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Hootsuite Academy-- I have learned so much, and it has really helped boost my portfolio and has improved our organization's content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a while, the Instagram feature wasn't working very well for us. It's improved a lot, and it saves so much time to schedule those posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've struggled to maintain a consistent presence on social media, and scheduling all of our posts at once through Hootsuite has really made a consistent presence a more realistic goal.

What do you like best about the product?
Social Media outreach has been huge for our organizational growth, but we just don't have enough time or people to really meet industry standard. Hootsuite allows us to do that and I couldn't be more grateful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think it pixelates our images, keeping them from being the highquality industry standard that we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're meeting and exceeding our projected growth on our social media platforms, which as a nonprofit, is very important to our donors.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to schedule the company posts in advance. It’s easy to use and versatile amongst all of your social media platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hangup I’ve experienced is using it with Instagram. Sometimes the content won’t post, and it’s a bummer that videos don’t work to post to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allows us as a business to be proactive in scheduling our social media posts without the hassle of going to each platform at a specific time to post them. It’s a free, time saving social media manager and it allows us not only to post in advance, but it gives us the ability to monitor our platforms. It’s been great to utilize it in day-to-day Operations!

Definitely recommend as an easy to use social media manager that can make your life much simpler!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule the same post to multiple platforms and how you can customize your dashboard to show you the most meaningful information to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to further customize the postings similarly to Facebook: ie, add emoticons, how you're feeling, etc,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves a huge part of our time management. It would take a considerably longer time to post to all of our social media accounts if we did not use this service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please add more custom features in post creation such as including emoticons, how you're feeling, etc - similar to what Facebook allows you to do.
