Hootsuite, the perfect tool for a Community Manager.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of adding columns for each social network we use in the company and having them all together on the same screen or different profiles on each social network. Being able to find future clients through the "search" option within a radius of km allows you to perform good client segmentation. The 30-day free trial is great for getting to know this tool in more detail without any cost. Scheduling your messages is also a very interesting option that allows you to be present on social networks 24 hours a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't highlight anything negative about this comprehensive tool for managing your social networks; possibly having to pay to use this tool fully with all its features might be its least positive point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool, you will be able to control and centralize all your work on social media with hardly any time lost and with very little effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool for Community Managers for managing your social media is one of the most comprehensive available today.

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple streams for different accounts, and can break then apart into main feeds, messages, and inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes too long to load and reload the streams, especially when constantly bring updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media channels are easier to monitor with one application, and it allows for reaching out to multiple customers at once

Social media management with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
Using this application in your Chrome browser, you can manage hashtags, control column width, filters, etc. This application is one of the best when using the browser, without needing to install it on your operating system, which results in lower resource consumption on your computer. Managing the columns is really easy and the organization is perfect. Posts for Facebook look very good compared to other social networks; for me, this is the best tool if you work with Facebook. The "Clicks" statistic is another highlight of this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only allows you to use a limited number of accounts, unlike other applications. If you want to manage more social media accounts, you will have to pay. The interface could be improved when scheduling posts to avoid wasting too much time. I miss more speed and fluidity in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use this application or tool to manage the social network Facebook among many others, it helped me a lot to know many statistics of my posts on this social network, but compared to another application for managing social networks, it falls a bit behind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good tool for managing social networks, although in my opinion there are better ones. Over time, Hootsuite has improved, so I would recommend trying its free version.

I would improve its appearance. I think it's somewhat outdated and could be more intuitive.

Certain limitations have been affected, but for the most part, they depend on third-party APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved Hootsuite when it first debuted, it allowed me to see everything I needed in one concrete spot and provided basic analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
At present time, we are no longer using hootsuite as it does not provide the detail in analytics I need, and to get the necessary detail, it charges a fee. Honestly with so many social media sources allowing prescheduling of posts and their own analytic system, we do not see the need to pay for this service on a tight budget

Initially it was for organization, but our social media has outgrown

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Hootsuite allows me to manage multiple accounts is great! Not only am I able to include multiple social media platforms, but multiple accounts within the same platform. That piece is incredibly important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for a long time. I dislike the changes in plans over the years. However, I love some of the features that have been added here and there with upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening is the biggest item we solve with Hootsuite. Using the streaming columns really helps keep track of virtual events with specific hashtags being tracked, and with following lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for monitoring hashtags and @mentions when it comes to social listening. It will make life so much better! Whether just beginning or managing at the agency level, Hootsuite is a great tool that will help make your digital footprint a success.

excellent tool to manage multiple social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
Our business uses Hootsuite Pro to manage social media accounts for our business and our clients. Makes collaboration among multiple team members simple and simplifies the monitoring of many different social media accounts. The interface is fairly easy to learn for new people, and the ability of managers to approve posts before approval is a valuable aspect of the software. As with all tools, there are some quirks and hidden features. Its analytical functions are relatively basic. We increase that with other products and suppliers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook APIs often fail when posting to brand pages. When posting a link to Facebook brand pages from Hootsuite, I get an unspecified API error message and the post will often not post at all, or will post with no link preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite Pro was one of the tools that we tried to monitor different and multiple transmissions on a page. It addresses the problem of not being able to know which user comment has not been answered and also schedules responses at the most critical times of the day to increase rates of interaction with customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its application is very user-friendly, it seems basic, but in reality it is a very good thing if you want a practical tool for your work.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best are the dashboards. It's easier to see the Facebook and Twitter feeds at once then having to log in to each of them. I can easily interact with the comments and mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I most dislike is that sometimes Hootsuite will disconnect your accounts. My company has had a lot of issues in the past with accounts disconnecting or things not publishing to the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to schedule content and see all your mentions at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite gets the job done. We have had a few hiccups with scheduling and disconnecting accounts, but if you need a simple tool for scheduling and management then I would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very helpful for scheduling social media posts and it's very convenient and user-friendly. Highly recommended. Trust me, you'll like it. Just try it out.

At first you might have problems with certain files, but you'll be ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for sharing social media posts and keeping track on the audience. That is to say, you can see pretty much the likes and dislikes, as well as the clicks.

Be patient and just go for it :)
