Fairly helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule my posts ahead if time and not worry about it throughout the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user friendly and kind of difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can spread a message of our business much faster using hootsuite.
Manage your social media as a proffesional with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
When we created our company Twitter account, one of the major problems we faced was that for us it was really complicated to update the information daily, since we didn't have any exclusive CM team. After getting used to its features, we decided to expand to Facebook and then we discovered the biggest advantage of Hootsuite: you can handle up to 5 different accounts in the same panel. This way, you encourage your followers to visit your profiles in other social networks, interconnecting all them thanks to a post scheudling and tracking tool which allows you to verify the results of each publication (likes, comments, shares...)
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hootsuite has a free option, many functionalities are only available in the pro option, which may be a little expensive for small companies. For example, if you want to get some complete reports about your social perfomance, you will have to pay 50$
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is a modern and cheap way to increase your online presence, which currently is something any businees has to care about. After setting up our profiles and gaining certain relevance, we noticed an 8% increase in the visits to our website coming from external sites and we continue improving in this matter and hope that soon will beat the competition :)

Try the free plan firts and if it convinces you, go ahead with the pro plan. It's upgrades are really worth it!
Perfect for scheduling your posts
What do you like best about the product?
With this program, you only need to know what you want to publish in the future, schedule it, and then you can focus on other work. It has many possibilities and you can edit everything to your liking. One of the best things is that you can republish things you have already published since everything is saved. Or you can edit already published content for similar continued publications for a specific product or campaign, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience with the Instagram RSS is not fully adapted, although it is noticeable that they try to implement it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule posts for the short and long term, they can be edited at any time even after being published. You have everything organized and you can republish it since it is saved in the timeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it to those who need to schedule their RSS posts daily. They can be done long-term and it has never failed me.
A complete product for your social media
What do you like best about the product?
It is very complete, have a lot of options for use it like a profesional, you will be very pleased when you see your competition and some influences in your target automatically selected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a price a expensive in bigger plans, a bit difficult to use it correctly in a advanced level of use.

We wanted a product more complete for our social media, so we join Hootsuite and we find out it. Now we have more control in our social media.

You must to learn for use it correctly, but when you finish to learn, you will get a lot from it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts across all platforms is very helpful for days that I, the social media manager, am not in the office but also is helpful in planning ahead and assuring that messages make it to all of our channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be overwhelming. While you can build it to suit your needs (in terms of what feeds display), it's pretty busy and not the easiest to navigate.

Hootsuite provides the ability to automate and track posts across platforms.

Spend time exploring the program and setting it up to suit your needs and adapt this over time. Be sure to utilize the listening features to see where people are talking about your brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to manage and monitor all your social media activity in a single dashboard. It is compatible with all social networks, and this is what sets it apart from the rest and makes it much more attractive. It also has a free version with which you can get started and gain experience. The bulk scheduling of messages is also a noteworthy aspect. Finally, highlight the potential behind the searches; you can configure a search very easily, but you can also use Twitter parameters so that your searches can be conducted geographically, if what you are really interested in is clients nearby geographically speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the things that might be less appealing about HootSuite, I highlight its mobile app, which contains many errors and doesn't work very well, and the Instagram function, which doesn't work well with the free plan. If you acquire a professional plan, everything improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most notable feature of HootSuite is the ability to schedule the posting of a large number of tweets, posts, etc., which allows you to set up a list of posts in a CSV file and upload it to the interface. This takes away the task of having to post manually every day and ensures that you will never forget to post.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ability to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard, while you monitor custom searches and install a series of apps, makes it well worth trying HootSuite.
Helpful social media platform
What do you like best about the product?
I used Hootsuite as a platform for scheduling social media posts on Twitter and LinkedIn while I worked at a public relations agency for a couple of years. Hootsuite was a helpful tool in scheduling posts and I also occasionally pulled analytics reports from the Hootsuite platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least at the time that I used at, Hootsuite had a certain number of platforms allowed and if you needed a large amount of platforms (which I did) you were supposed to look at their premium subscription which was VERY pricey. Unfortunately, we were unable to pay for something with that type of price tag so we had to pivot to using Sprout social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems we were solving with Hootsuite was social media scheduling, management, and analytics. It was beneficial for our needs especially for scheduling which can be very cumbersome.
Program the RSS and forget about it
What do you like best about the product?
When I schedule new posts for the upcoming days on social media, I can relax and focus on other things. It's very convenient and supports many platforms. Additionally, it allows you to introduce shortened links and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compatibility with Instagram is not entirely good, the automated feature does not work as it should. Other than that, very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can have the whole week or the whole month ready with what you want to publish on social media for one or several companies. Extremely useful if you are dedicated to online marketing.

Don't search much more, try it and you'll surely like it. Besides, it's free. I recommend it 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Hootsuite was the way I can write one post and add a photo, schedule the post, and it would go across all of my social media accounts. This saved me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked is that the posts were truncated and could not see them image thumbnails.

I worked for a major publishing company and we used Hootsuite to blast out our scheduled posts and save time by doing all of the work in one sitting.

Hootsuite is one of the most versatile tools out there in the market. Starting from it's free package, you will find yourself covering all the essentials you need for your day to day operations when it comes to social media. The columns/tabs interface is what sold the product to our team compared to all the other competitors we tried.
In addition, the ability to connect multiple profiles, create columns to listen to important topics and team communications and messaging (paid feature).
The free plan also allows you to schedule up to 30 posts, and if you need more, upgrading to any of their paid plans is as cheap as 1$ a day.
As we had many clients to handle and our team required a lot of collaboration, we were under the team plan. it was easy to setup an automated monthly report that goes to the client, which saved us tons of time, and the team collaboration features allowed us to assign the right roles and exchange messages, assign tasks and customer inquiries (tweets and comments) to one another with ease.

I'd always start with the free trial, understand the features and see if they meet my requirements. Many of the social media management tools have similar features and cover your essentials, so it down to you to select your best tool based on your financials and the kind of features you are looking for.
