Manage your social ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
Among the benefits of having a comprehensive control panel is that you eliminate the tedious task of opening and closing each network to work on it. Thanks to its column distribution, you can see everything happening on your social networks at a glance. Planning your posts will allow you to be more productive and, above all, creative since you won't be constrained by a date. Additionally, when you schedule your posts, you can stay alert to any changes that occur and focus on interacting with your community.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least and would most like is to be able to delete and edit posts more easily. Sometimes, if something has been posted incorrectly, especially on Twitter, I need to be able to delete the posts quickly, but I have to log in to each platform to do this because it doesn't seem possible to do it on Hootsuite. Some can do this, and others cannot.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the app, of how a user can schedule multiple posts on different social media with simple steps.
The non-complex few steps process is just best with the flexibility it has.
Even the CSV file can be uploaded which is a big ease.
The pro plan is cheap but the reports part is abit costly

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is expensive. There are many free features but the reports based on points are really expensive.
So it becomes a bit non-feasible for smaller teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We scheduled and managed all the social media posts and campaigns as we were a social media marketing company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use the fee analytics report. They are really good. The facebook uploadings have a little bit of mess, so while uploading or scheduling by a csv file , be a bit careful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed of publishing and synchronizing posts across social media platforms. The ability to schedule the timing of posts and the effectiveness with which it is done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a higher level of advertising for the efficiency it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management and synchronization of my social networks, which allows for optimizing the time invested in them.
Wonderful Simple Program for Easy Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started my professional social media accounts, I became overwhelmed with trying to scheduled all of my posts. Hootsuite allows me to post to all of my social media accounts relatively easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish that it was more user friendly and eye appealing. There is a lot going on visually on the main dashboard and new users may feel overwhelmed when starting out. I know that it look me a few hours using it to really figure everything out. There are some glitches as well, but they haven't been as frequent as they were when I first started using this platform last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is so helpful when trying to manage multiple social media accounts. It gives you peace of mind without having to spend hours posting on social media. When you are traveling, this is especially helpful because you can plan and upload all of your posts so that they show up in your feed without you having to stress about it too much on holiday!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a platform to help plan out social media posts -- this is the best that I've used! You are allowed a free version account for a couple social media accounts and a paid account for extra accounts. Well worth it if you are feeling overwhelmed trying to figure things out on your own!

What isnt to like about hootsuite?! It gives you everything! from an amazing social media marketing tool to educational resources hootsuite has it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I truly love this product. The things I dont like stem from the individual social media platform rules and policies. I would love to be able to use this to schedule instagram stories or multuple pictures on instagram in the same post

Pricing is pretty fair compared to other services.

Hootsuite is a mess, their app is horrid their user dashboard / interface is impossible to navigate and full of clutter and it's always flipping images or having issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that I can see my feeds from my dashboard in Hootsuite. I don't have to leave the site to respond to Tweets, leave a comment on LinkedIn or reply on Facebook. Additionally, I like that you can create streams for certain hashtags and mentions, which makes it so easy to monitor when people mention you, your product, your industry or a hashtag that is relevant to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some features that are disabled unless you pay the monthly rate. On the free plan, for instance, you can only schedule 30 posts at a time. It also limits you to two social media platforms on the free plan. I wish they would let you add three platforms and keep the 30 post limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of freelance communications work and I also have a regular "day job" so I don't have a lot of time to head over to every platform and post throughout the week. I can set aside an hour each week, plan out and schedule my posts. It has saved me so much time, also, the analytics built into the site allow me to see how posts are doing, so I know which subjects and types of posts my audience responds to best and adjust the types of things I post accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best social media management site out there. I have tried Buffer, Tweetdeck (when it was functioning), dlvr.it and they just didn't compare to what Hootsuite offers. It's free to try and you can always upgrade to get additional platforms and benefits.
Easy Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of having multiple social media accounts access in once place. This helps reduce the nessesity of having to log in and out of different accounts. I also enjoy being able to schedule and bulk upload posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only features I dislike is not being able to choose which social media accounts I want posted to with bulk uploads. For example when doing a bulk upload the whole upload must be posted to the same social media account or accounts. I can not select individual posts to only post to one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hootsuite to help post to social media with regularity and keep up to date with all of our social media accounts. I also use it to have others in my organization help with social media. They create the bulk uploads and I approve them to post. It’s a great way to divide the labor with others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it easier to manage bulk uploads. Allow individual posts from a bulk upload to be posted on separate social media accounts. This would prevent the issue of having to separate the bulk uploads into different ones.
Easy to manage social networks with one click
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I do not have to copy-paste and post the same things several times for each social network separately, because Hootsuite lets me manage it all via its platform with just one click. You do not really realize how much time you had been spending before for posting in social networks untill you try this solution. It really saves your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning we had problems with automatic posting in one of the social networks, but afterwards never happened to repeat.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great if you manage multiple social media accounts across various different social media platforms. It allows you to schedule posts, review analytics, keep track of the performance of your posts, and see everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading photos to instagram, you're not able to use the edit features on the app itself so if you are looking to upload an edited image, you have to pre-edit on your phone or tablet, save the image, and then fly it back into Hootsuite which can be annoying and troublesome. Furthermore, sometimes, Hootsuite might not post the image exactly how you want it to look especially given the ability to adjust your photo size and positioning on the platform now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of various different social media platforms in one place, enabling time efficiency, effective use of resources and easy management of all things social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great if you manage multiple different social media platforms. If the only social media account you use is instagram or if instagram is the the only platform where you need to schedule posts and review analytics however, Hootsuite may not be the best option for you.
