Suitable for most of what you need.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit, draft, and auto-schedule.

Not being able to approve posts in HootSuite among co-workers.

Hootsuite is a great social media scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view feeds and create multiple timelines on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no calendar view or a way to easily see your post timeline or history on a calendar based view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite was great when it came to collaborating with coworkers and approving posts before publishing. Hootsuite also worked as a social feed and allowed you to like, comment, and share other peoples posts through the app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is super userfriendly and I would really recommend it for small businesses and large businesses alike!
Hootsuite has everything I need!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite lets me work on all of my social media platforms in one place. I can view my analytics, get reports, schedule posts, even respond to messages and comments, all from my Hootsuite dashboard. It makes it so much easier versus having multiple apps to do what I need to for my social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version, you can only have 3 social media platforms. All you have to do is upgrade, but with my brand being so small at the moment, I don't see upgrading as a necessity just yet so I am sticking with having my main three platforms on Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to plan and schedule my content in advance and Hootsuite allows me to do that. It also gives me reports so I can view what is working and what content isn't.
Amazing resource

Hootsuite is an amazing resource for people trying to manage multiple media channels at once.

Certain features are only for premium members

Helps maximize time and maintain postings on a variety of channels
The best platform to publish on social networks
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a super social media tool for social networking programming. It has a control panel where we can add all our social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus), so that you can program publications on Facebook, make tweets or publish content from the same platform, without having to enter account by Account. In addition, we can make a calendar of publications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a simpler platform that serves to program and publish in Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with a single click. It allows to validate the publications are giving better results so that we can make decisions that improve the Plan of initial Social average with real and current data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get some data, creating reports on Twitter or Facebook without having to pay anything extra. This allows us to know the engagement of our brand, so you can improve the content for users and see what publications are giving better results. This tool allows us to create reports and centralize the tasks of web analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent tool to plan the publications, this allows us to be more productive and, above all, creative because we are not committed to a date. In addition to scheduling our publications we can stay tuned for changes that occur and dedicate ourselves to interact with our community.
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to easily post to all of your social media accounts during the most optimal times in order to reach your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time iploading inages for various articles, but have found a work around for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to efficently reach out to our audience through various social media channels and obtain more supporters. It is a central place to see all of our posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to post the same content to multiple social media platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control over the Instagram content right from Hootsuite. For example, if I upload a picture that is not a perfect square, part of the picture gets cut off when it's published through Hootsuite, and I never have the option to select which part is cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me save time when trying to manage multiple Social Media platforms. This is extremely important, as I am wearing many hats in my position and don't have ample time to spend on Social Media.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to build your own streams and keyword searches for specific audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, nothing, I am very happy with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have learned to add various streams to our account and use them in a way that works for our team to monitor various social media channels at once.
A few great features. A few not so great.
What do you like best about the product?
I do like being able to schedule posts in advance on Twitter and Facebook. However, Facebook now lets you schedule posts in advance and be able to edit it anytime prior to the publishing date/time, which is WAY better because you can see it exactly as it's going to post and fix the images/links/description (aka using the debugger), which Hootsuite doesn't let you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like using Owly. For one thing, it shows to everyone you're using Hootsuite which I think can make you come across as inauthentic to your audience, but also because for analytical purposes you can only track any click throughs that have been added from within Hootsuite. Also, not being able to tag in a tweet is a major turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to be on top of posts, scheduling in advance.
Always positive and responsive given the last year of drastic social change
What do you like best about the product?
The support has been excellent. As content develops and issues arose, the team was quick to respond and fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a central wall that catalogs all chosen notifications into one feed rather than having to manually click through various tabs and scroll sideways. Just saves time when dealing with a lot of accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and being reactive while also being proactive with social guests. We have a lot of social activity and it is good to see each one that comes in.

Great to get started with real social listening and engagement. Super easy and great support.
