Great Service, Stellar Team, and Robust Features

  • July 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Hootsuite is the strength of the team behind the platform. They are quick to address bugs, offer helpful learning resources, and provide strategic support that goes beyond basic social media management. While Hootsuite excels at helping teams manage and schedule content, its tools also support broader business goals, making it a valuable partner in building and maintaining a strong digital presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Hootsuite is that the interface could use some improvement. Certain areas of the platform make it difficult to view and navigate information clearly, which can slow down workflows or make key insights harder to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easier to manage all of my social media accounts in one place. It saves time, keeps content organized, and helps me stay consistent across platforms. I also like that it makes collaboration simple and gives me the tools to track performance and adjust my strategy as needed. It’s been a big help in keeping everything running smoothly.

An Operational Lifesaver for Agencies Or Businesses Managing Diverse Client Needs

  • July 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What truly sets Hootsuite apart for me is how well it scales with complexity. I manage multiple clients, each with different publishing cadences, content review workflows, and engagement priorities—and Hootsuite lets me orchestrate all of it without chaos. What I enjoy most is how it doesn’t try to be flashy—it just works the way I need it to, even under pressure.
What do you dislike about the product?
One consistent pain point is the rigidity of LinkedIn tagging—it’s not just a minor inconvenience; it actively slows down client-facing posts where precision matters. Also, when an account disconnects because of admin changes, it’s frustrating to have no graceful fallback or queue pause. The UI, while functional, sometimes feels a bit dated compared to something like Sprout Social, which offers a more refined experience, especially in analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite, my team relied on a patchwork of spreadsheets, browser tabs, and Slack messages to manage campaigns—tracking accountability was a nightmare. Now that we can assign, categorize, and schedule posts from one place, there are a lot less misunderstandings and late-night fire drills. The best thing is not simply the time I save, but also the piece of mind that comes from knowing I am in charge without being a micromanager.

Lets me manage content flow of our companies !

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything organized in one place. I handle content for three brands and switching between accounts is quick and smooth. I like that I can see comments, messages, and scheduled posts without logging in and out of each platform. The calendar is probably my favorite part because I can drag posts around if we change plans. I also use their built in content suggestions sometimes when I’m stuck for ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are locked behind higher plans which we can’t justify right now. Also, LinkedIn video scheduling sometimes acts up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage socials with spreadsheets and reminders and honestly it was chaotic. Hootsuite gave us control. Now we plan everything at the start of the week and just check in daily. It saves a lot of brain space and makes our posting way more consistent.

Hootsuite is like our team member who works for us 24/7

What do you like best about the product?
Our company provides HR services to clients and we added social media management as an add-on service. Hootsuite made it easy for us to manage multiple social media accounts in less time and with less effort. I love their new Hootsuite GPT feature which helps to create on-brand content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I like everything about Hootsuite, but it should develop its own Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been offering HR services for a while, but once we started helping clients with social media marketing too, many clients are more satisfied and our churn rate decreased and revenue increased. So in other words Hootsuite is our revenue booster tool. :)

A great scheduler!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule our team's social media content easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of clicks it takes to get to the content calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that allowed us to easily schedule content. Hootsuite does exactly that.

Hootsuite turns my scatter‑shot social feeds into a single, data‑driven command center

  • July 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can load a month’s worth of posts in one CSV, drop them into the publisher, and watch the calendar auto‑fill in minutes—no copy‑paste marathons required.

The bulk scheduler keeps images, GIFs, and aspect ratios intact, then lets me tweak each network’s caption inside one screen.

Its unified inbox pulls DMs, ad comments, and mentions from six platforms into one stream, so I never miss a customer question.

The reporting module stitches every channel’s clicks, conversions, and keyword spikes into a single PDF my clients actually read—something Buffer and Later never nailed for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI still carries some 2015 baggage: pages hesitate to load, and newbies drown in nested menus before they find the “evergreen” queue switch.

The mobile app handles drafts fine, but scheduling video often glitches or posts in the wrong time‑zone.

Support tickets get solved, yet I’ve waited a full business day when I’m racing an embargo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite replaces five separate tools—image finder, scheduler, analytics suite, social listening, and brand‑tracking—with one login, freeing at least four hours a week.

Its link‑frame and keyword alerts flag campaign traction the moment it happens, letting me pivot promotions before ad spend evaporates.

Automated “best time to post” suggestions have lifted my engagement rate by roughly 18 %, which beats the manual guess‑and‑check routine I had in Social Report.

Most importantly, the side‑by‑side analytics show clients exactly how Instagram stories feed Twitter click‑throughs, so my strategy conversations start with proof instead of promises.

Helps with planning content across platforms but UI feels old!

  • June 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler is the main thing I use. I can plan out posts for LinkedIn Instagram and Twitter without switching tabs. The calendar view makes it easy to see what’s going out each day and I don’t have to double-check times constantly. In my case I batch content for the week and just adjust when needed. Also helpful when working with a small team since approvals are in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no big issue that i faced while using it , analytics reporting can be added with more metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to post everything manually and sometimes missed the right time or forgot altogether. With Hootsuite, we stay consistent. I can prep content days in advance and not worry about logging in every time. It’s also easier to manage multiple brand accounts from one place without confusion.

Hootsuite helps to grow our extra revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
We develop custom websites and apps for medical professionals. Since the last 2 years, we started social media management services for them. Hootsuite just makes it so easy to manage multiple social accounts from a single platform, so it increases our revenue in less time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has some learning curve initially other than that it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, we work with multiple medical professionals. Managing multiple social handles is a pain, so Hootsuite makes it so easy, and we also monitor their social media performance with Hootsuite's analytics reporting feature. That way we look professional and give 5-star services to our clients.

The complete social media management package

  • June 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor and manage multiple social media accounts, across different platforms, has made my life a lot easier! Also, the ability to track what is performing well, to duplicate and repost high-performing posts, and to schedule content on all platforms is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot! The Amplify feature could do with some more improvements, such as being able to upload multiple images and being able to tag external accounts, to make this feature even more accessible for other staff members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to manage 30+ accounts across our group of companies. I would not be able to do this without Hootsuite. Being able to visually see when I have content scheduled, what gaps need filling, what kind of content I need to share as well, helps me with my content planning. Producing reports is a lot easier, when I was having to do this all manually prior to implementing Hootsuite, so having all data available at the click of a button is a gamechanger.

Hootsuite lets me manage our social media and it is a total lifesaver for me

  • June 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hootsuite is how it simplifies complex social media workflows into one intuitive space. I particularly appreciate the white-label reporting — what used to take me hours now takes seconds, and the graphs look polished and client-ready. Keeping me focused and orderly, the combination with Canva and Feedly also means I can handle design and content curating from the same dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Investigating more advanced analytics and automation certainly has a learning curve. Though it's good for fast tests, the mobile app falls behind the desktop version in functionality; it's not great for in-depth work. Higher-tier plans lock some of the most valuable tools—approval processes and richer analytics—behind which makes it more difficult for smaller teams or freelancers to completely benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, I was switching between tabs, apps, and even spreadsheets to manage content, track engagement, and generate reports — it was exhausting and error-prone. Today, Hootsuite centralizes everything: post-scheduling, campaign approvals, performance data, even rival content monitoring. I can assign tasks to my VA, keep our weekly content calendar balanced, and share selective posts with clients for feedback — all in one place. Although I have tried Buffer and Statusbrew, Hootsuite's publishing flexibility and ecosystem of connectors define my digital marketing stack.
