Great for scheduling posts and reviewing relevant media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review trending topics within my industry, to stay on top of content to redistribute. This tool also assists in organization in our communication and marketing division. The mass upload from an excel sheet to pre-schedule has been a great bonus. We would not be able to push out as much content without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality with Facebook was more tedious, and I typically managed more directly through Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts and scheduling posts in advance. With limited staff resources, pre-scheduling communication through social accounts is key!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post to multiple social media sites all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the layout of the dashboard. I also dislike that it seemed tome that when I post directly to Facebook and skip using Hootesuite, more people tend to see my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time from having to login and post directly to multiple social media sites by allowing me to post everything from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply enter your copy and Hootsuite takes care of the rest. You don't need to map out whne your social posts will publish with HootSuite's autoschedule feature, which publishes your posts when your peak audience is on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional analytics come at a cost. Would love to be able to access some things I can't already see on my social media pages for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite prevents me from having to work after hours to post something on social media, which is something my wife definitely appreciates!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make some non-default analytics available for free

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that I can program the messages for different types of social networks

What I dislike most is that at the beginning of the configuration everything is in a language that I do not know

Since I use hootsuite I stopped worrying about writing my messages in real time, thanks to the application allows me to program them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My suggestion is to send invitations to people to know them even more and start using this great tool

The analytics are solid, it is really useful for decision taking.

There is no way to program a langage post on LinkedIn.

It's very useful to centalize your social media pratice.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for scheduling things on Twitter, much easier than trying to tweet at the right time. Starting using it because I had free credits through a startup award.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tweet tags don't show up soon enough, often have to type in the full twitter handle. Instagram does not have auto-posting which is very inconvenient. Facebook already has a better scheduling feature built into their page manager on their website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule things on Twitter which I was unable to do before.

Check for other options first.

Hootsuite - Great for Social Media Scheduling and Improving

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have several social media platforms linked and organized within the screen. It's visually easy to see all your posts and see which platform they are scheduled for.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used Hootsuite, not all the social media platforms were linked in a way that Hootsuite could automatically post for you. Instead, you'd need to set a reminder or get sent a push notification and then you would have to copy and paste your post into the actual platform itself. I believe this has changed - I no longer work with Hootsuite but my coworkers do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage several of our clients' social media accounts so Hootsuite solves the problem of scheduling - we can schedule as far in advance as we'd like and don't need to go on each individual account daily. It's increased our speed and reliability of posting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend getting used to Hootsuite via one account - so manage one account's platforms via it (instagram, Facebook, twitter) and then add on from there. It can be a little overwhelming to have a ton of accounts to start off with.
