A good way to integrate all your socials
What do you like best about the product?
The tab/columns system allow you to easily order all your social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little lag between the stats showed on Hootsuite and the real ones (likes, shares, comments)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You first need to know what do you want to control and when you have a clear schema of what do you need is so easy to implement inside hootsuite.
In this case maybe less is more and if you try to monitor a lot of profiles of hashtags it could be quite dfficult but if you focus on the most important you get a really useful tool to control and manage all your networks and social platforms. The same for people or influencers.
When posting you can plan a lot of multicross channel post so it's so useful to get your socials on automatic piloting for some days.

Very easy to use even for a novice or start-up

Could have more features for free level or taster level.

Being able to focus on clients in the day and not obsess about responding and posting on social

I really love how you're able to connect multiple accounts to the platform to monitor all accounts at once.

I don't like how it Hootsuite does not allow you to schedule for LinkedIn.

It helped me manage all of my public relation needs on one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's more beneficial to pay more for the platform's services to get the most out of the features. The free version is limited.
It's a great tool, I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it much easier for a single person to send content to multiple pages, groups or social network accounts. It is easy to configure and it is great that the interface can be customized according to the preferences of the users, I can schedule posts in several social media at once, so it is not necessary to publish one after another, which saves a lot of time. It also makes it much easier to follow all the comments of all the different platforms on a board. Once we have everything configured and linked, it has made social marketing much easier and takes less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, you can say that it is one of the best in the market and has excellent customer service. It's amazing and I would recommend it to people and companies to use it.

helps us manage our social networks in the programming of publications and also provides information on curating and content creation through timely publications on current issues.

This software is very easy to use and helps enormously with the scheduling and implementation of our social media posts.

Scheduling content for Twitter! You can tag accounts, upload images, and include hashtags.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep an active presence on social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great to schedule Tweets. Not great if you want to tag people/businesses in Facebook/LinkedIn posts. Analytics could be better.

I love the social channel visualization, the calendar scheduling feature is awesome, The ability to follow and unfollow is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
paying for reports is pricey, and like everyone else, still can't really manage Linkedin.

We run all social through here. Everything we post and monitor happens in this tool

honestly nothing else does it quote like Hootsuite
Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like housing all of my social plans in the same place. I like the scheduling capabilities where I don't have to think about them once they are input into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the formatting is inconsistent from when I type the content in the website and when it's posted on the social platform, and it's really ineffective when it comes to Instagram since you have to post from the app on your phone anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to plan ahead, which is really important for me when it comes to time management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other an Instagram, Hootsuite is really useful. If you are predominantly on Instagram with little use of other platforms, this is likely not for you. However, the scheduling component is really what I'm there for.
