What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, this is truly an easy software/website to use. It’s very user friendly and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced a few problems when it comes to posting across the same post across different social media pages, but it’s nothing that a few simple tweaks can’t fix, just a tad bit of a time consuming frustration, nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hootsuite has allowed us to load up and schedule posts on social media during peak hours. It allows us to interact with people versus spending time posting and creating content. We can create the content in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the aspects I liked best about Hootsuite is that it showed comments, replies, and likes from our followers so that I did not have to keep track on each platform. That was very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
On several occasions our Instagram posts failed to be published despite Hootsuite confirming it was posted. It became a hassle to always have to check on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it for streamlining social media posts across platforms, but the benefits did not outweigh the troubles we were encountering so we went in a different direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is linked to multiple accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could really use a face lift, and they should integrate more analytics, more features with Instagram and Facebook. They should help you target your audience and promote your posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More easily communicating with our users through all social media platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It makes posting to all our social media platforms SO much easier. It is especially helpful when I know I am going to be out of town and don't want to have to worry about things on my vacation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this is Hootsuite's fault, but I don't like how I have to go on Instagram and approve before it posts. All other platforms it just posts straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about content being posted when I know I am going to be away.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can post to all social media with one click of a button. That way, if you are out and about, you can still post at the desired time and it is set to remind you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I had was that Instagram wouldn't automatically post the picture, and you had to manually post it each time, even though Hootsuite had the picture ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps boost the radio station business I work for, because I am able to organize all of my postings ahead of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it! I'm not sure what other apps that there are out there that does the same thing, but this one really works well for me!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to add multiple accounts. I manage 4 different accounts across 4 different platforms each. Hootsuite makes it easy and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could integrate Pinterest better.

Organization and strategy behind our social media marketing.

They are always making updates and making it as user friendly as possible.

Great Tool to Schedule Posts

What do you like best about the product?
While Hootsuite has a lot of features, it schedules posts easily. This is especially valuable with Twitter, a mainstay of my business, saving me hours every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I dislike about this app. Before I might have mentioned the inability to schedule Instagram posts, but that difficulty was with Instagram, not Hootsuite, and has been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media used to be a chore. With Hootsuite, a couple of hours at the beginning of the week sets up posts for days on end, making my interactions more meaningful.

A great tool for your businesses social media

What do you like best about the product?
I like that hootsuite allows me to manage all of our businesses accounts (for multiple locations) in one place. I have Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin accounts links to my Hootsuite platform. It is a super easy platform to learn and use - anyone can do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I have had some issues with my posting content to my Linkedin accounts. I will schedule something for Linkedin then at the time and date the message was scheduled for I will get an email saying my message did not post to Linkedin. I have unlinked and relinked my accounts several times and there appearers to be no issues. I've also contacted customer service over a month ago regarding this issue and they told me they would look into it and get back to me. I still have not heard back from anyone yet and I've followed up twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be really difficult to keep up with social media in general much less when you have over 10 profiles you manage that all share similar content. Rather than having to schedule the same messages over and over again on Facebook/twitter/linkedin I schedule them all at the exact same time with Hootsuite. If I had to schedule each message one by one on each social media site it would take me 20+ minutes. With Hootsuite I can schedule a message to all 10 of the pages with one click in less than 1 minute!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hootsuite if you have multiple social media pages that you often schedule out content in advance for.

Easiness to add many social media platforms and create posts
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay to get more than the minimum amount of posts. I also do not like you need to dowload the app on you phone in order to actually have it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great timesaver but not ideal for all social networks

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts for multiple social media networks, as well as to monitor mentions of your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has always been limited by the fact that you cannot schedule posts to Instagram. They have recently rolled out a new feature that claims to allow Instagram scheduling, but it is convoluted and does not work well. In fact, it makes it easier just to post to Instagram directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for scheduling and monitoring Twitter, because it requires frequent posting multiple times a day. If not for a scheduling software, Twitter would be really time-consuming for my department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a post scheduler for Facebook and Twitter, it's great. It also provides monitoring of Instagram, but the posting to Instagram feature needs a lot of work.
