Hootsuite is awesome if you're super busy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can manage and schedule posts for multiple platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that social media algorithms have identified hootsuite as an outside source, so they show your content to less people if it's scheduled here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME MANAGEMENT. Being super busy, Hootsuite allows me to schedule content to my platforms without having to spend extra time doing that on the original platform. It saves a ton of time, and I feel more organized knowing that I have content scheduled for whatever I need!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would only use hootsuite if you are desperate for time management and needing to schedule on multiple platforms! If you are SUPER busy and stressed about time, but you want to build a brand or company on multiple platforms....hootsuite will definitely help!
Easy & Inexpensive
What do you like best about the product?
Hoot suite is great for social listening and scheduling on Twitter. I like all the different feeds I can create for each client to monitor their mentions, branded hashtag use, and even other keywords that may relate to my client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to schedule the same tweet multiple times. The Instagram scheduler isn’t that great either - not able to place in-photo tags or make the first comment with hashtags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and monitoring on Twitter is much less time consuming.
Outdated Platform with a Lot of Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a lot of great tools to manage social media platforms via posting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is rather visually antiquated, appearing as if it has not been updated in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows the seamless management of multiple clients social media accounts.
Almost game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts, both in Facebook and Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Google business is not supported. Videos can not be posted automatically to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts in Instagram outside business hours. We now have prepared insights for our clients.

If you use Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for your business or brand on a daily basis, this is a great solution for you.
I love Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great way to monitor all my social media at once! I like how simple it is to get involved with and integrated into Hootsuite! It's a very easy software to use and it comes in handy all the time! I do a lot of real-time posting on various social media platforms and before I would have to have 5+ tabs open in order to access each social media account. Now I can just open up Hootsuite and post the same exact message, photo or video to all my social media at once! It's so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app could be better developed, it's very rudimentary for the most part. You can basically on post or release post from the app, but I feel like it could be more functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media monitoring goes so much faster! I can watch multiple feeds as they happen in real time on one screen. I can also monitor competitor accounts and threads that are being discussed about my client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a paid account to unlock extra features such as being able to connect more than three social media profiles. Also, take an advantage of the bulk scheduling option! I also recommend the use of the app in conjunction with the online website. You are able to post from your phone as well as release previously scheduled post on the app.
Hootsuite Delivers Great Analytics and Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
It provides great analytics and monitoring for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing feature for Instagram can be somewhat finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely has improved the way that we monitor our social media activity and profiles.

Great Platform to Manage Your Social Media Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to access all my social media platforms and customize posts, schedule individual and group posts, as well as monitor my platforms for engagement. Simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike with this platform. Simple and easy to use.

I can access all or one of my social platforms through Hootsuite to create content and provide analytics to my efforts

At the end of the day, Hootsuite will make your life and professional time management much simpler and easy.
Good free tool to get your social media management going
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides just enough features for bloggers just starting off to manage their posting schedule. I like that it can auto schedule my posts at appropriate times rather than having to set the times each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the streams are not very practical for my needs. I often want to filter and exclude tweets of certain themes out of my home stream. But there is no real way to do it from within Hootsuite. In the native twitter app, I have the ability to flag tweets I'm not interested in and I find that way of training it is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to find content that relates to my blog to engage with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a new blogger and looking for a way to automate some tweets ahead of time. This is a great service to start off with for free and wet the feet.

The app is easy to use and works with all my social media!

Honestly, there's nothing I've had any issues with.

I can schedule multiple posts ahead of time, which saves a lot of time

Hootsuite is simple and easy to use – so you’ll see me mention “easy” about 20x in this review.
Hootsuite is much easier to use than some of its competitors (ex: Tweetdeck), and it’s simple to choose which platforms to post on. Photos and GIFs are easy to post, plus there’s a connector with YouTube that makes it easy to post videos, too. In addition, it’s easy to post multiple pictures, which is great.
Features like the stream make it simple to track social mentions.
Its free level is GREAT for trials or individual users, though there is a 30 message limit.

The Glassdoor connector is NOT user friendly and does not work. One of the reasons why I chose Hootsuite was for their GD interface, but it doesn’t send through for most posts.
The UI is not the best. It would be great to have it more visual.
If you want to use other marketing software, you may be better off with a higher-end solution like Pardot, which can schedule posts PLUS help with other features: marketing emails, prospect tracking, lead conversion, etc.

Scheduling posts is now a lot easier and intuitive with Hootsuite. Our organization benefits from being able to schedule posts with multiple photos, which some places don’t offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great for high-volume social media users. Do take advantage of its free plan, and move up to a business user if your post volume increases.
