So many errors, but really cheap
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite is very cheap and allows you to post on all the social media accounts on one platform. It really is a great way to manage all of your social media platforms in one get go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there seems to be a ton of errors. The customer service is not the best. Link previews are constantly broken or not working right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We schedule social media with Hootsuite. It works great for an agency with many social media accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Instagram stories and automatic posting would be the best to add.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage all my accounts from one place - Hootsuite. I can track performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty much comfortable with hootsuite. I think it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hootsuite to publish posts to my facebook and instagram pages. It's very easy to use, and I can control performance from the website and the app.

Easy Way to Post and Engage
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post, draft and schedule on all of our social channels. This makes it easy to pre-plan our posts and not run into the issues of possibly forgetting to post the day of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dashboard isn't the easiest to review when you add more than a few streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to post on each social channel individually, but now we can do it in Hootsuite and save time.
Really good value for a reliable product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule all of your social media platforms at once with multiple different businesses. It's nice that you can add videos, photos, and links all within area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the layout of the platform was different. I'm not sure how exactly it could be improved, but I wish it was a little bit easier on the eyes. If you don't have a business Instagram page, you have to download the Hootsuite app to your phone and publish the Instagram post that way instead of it automatically posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to post on all of our platforms at once without having to log into them all separately.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up posts ahead of time. Ability to lead my clients to my website without doing the posts one at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many columns to look at. I'm still learning the platform so I'm sure these columns can be deleted at one point.

Prescheduling posts.
Favorite Social Media Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very robust platform, but it is clean and simple for beginners to use. The streams are easy to follow and keep up with. It's also easy to see what your other employees are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the analytics were a little more in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spend less time on social media because we're able to schedule ahead.

The streams are very easy to follow - great for beginners!

This is easy to schedule various social media platforms (and recently implemented direct to Instagram publishing) and fairly inexpensive

It can be limiting - the number of streams, profiles etc. They certainly know how to get you to spend more.

We are able to see everything in one place. Although it's not really a replacement for Facebook Business Manager.

It is great that you schedule and blast a message through multiple social media channels

The layout and the interface can be confusing at times. I can see how one could accidentally publish content on the wrong social media account.

I manage social media accounts for multiple businesses and Hootsuite allows me to knock it out and schedule everything - including Instagram!

It is great if you are using it for multiple businesses/social media accounts. Always make sure that you are posting to the right account.
