The complete social media management package

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor and manage multiple social media accounts, across different platforms, has made my life a lot easier! Also, the ability to track what is performing well, to duplicate and repost high-performing posts, and to schedule content on all platforms is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot! The Amplify feature could do with some more improvements, such as being able to upload multiple images and being able to tag external accounts, to make this feature even more accessible for other staff members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to manage 30+ accounts across our group of companies. I would not be able to do this without Hootsuite. Being able to visually see when I have content scheduled, what gaps need filling, what kind of content I need to share as well, helps me with my content planning. Producing reports is a lot easier, when I was having to do this all manually prior to implementing Hootsuite, so having all data available at the click of a button is a gamechanger.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hootsuite is how it simplifies complex social media workflows into one intuitive space. I particularly appreciate the white-label reporting — what used to take me hours now takes seconds, and the graphs look polished and client-ready. Keeping me focused and orderly, the combination with Canva and Feedly also means I can handle design and content curating from the same dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Investigating more advanced analytics and automation certainly has a learning curve. Though it's good for fast tests, the mobile app falls behind the desktop version in functionality; it's not great for in-depth work. Higher-tier plans lock some of the most valuable tools—approval processes and richer analytics—behind which makes it more difficult for smaller teams or freelancers to completely benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, I was switching between tabs, apps, and even spreadsheets to manage content, track engagement, and generate reports — it was exhausting and error-prone. Today, Hootsuite centralizes everything: post-scheduling, campaign approvals, performance data, even rival content monitoring. I can assign tasks to my VA, keep our weekly content calendar balanced, and share selective posts with clients for feedback — all in one place. Although I have tried Buffer and Statusbrew, Hootsuite's publishing flexibility and ecosystem of connectors define my digital marketing stack.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for handling my social media posts and managing trends through analytics. I like that it allows collaboration with multiple teams and connects various social media platforms in one place. I appreciate its ease of use and the Owly AI, which provides multiple formats and templates. The initial setup was easy, and I like how smoothly everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pretty much like this tool for its user-friendly interface, no dislikes for this

What do you like best about the product?
Before Hootsuite, we used our own custom software to manage our clients' accounts, but we were stuck with the same basic features of the software. With Hootsuite, we can track trends and manage our clients' social media content calendar with ease. Hootsuite's trend tracking feature is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't support story posting on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple ecommerce clients and without Hootsuite I used to manually research on every platform about market trends and demand, but Hootsuite's listening feature gave us superpowers and saved a lot of time on a daily basis. Usually for social media post scheduling I use the bulk uploading feature - that's my favorite feature and gave so much free time so we can spend on meaningful ROI-driven work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simplified the process of running multiple socials can be. We are able to stay on top of posts, comments, messages and more all in one place. I also love how simple it is to use. Everything is automated, which takes away the extra stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have much to complain about. One suggestion would be to allow compatibility with more websites/pages. Our team has been mentioning how it would be nice to connect our Indeed page to Hootsuite so that we could stay on top of resumes and messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been solving the miscommunication between our social media team. We use the planning tool to make sure we know what posts are going out and when.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to manage a high volume of social media pages across different brands with ease, which was nearly impossible to do manually before. I love how I can schedule posts, adjust copy per platform, and have my assistant handle it all thanks to its intuitive UI. The versatility of the tool is amazing as publishing, moderation, analytics, and even listening are all in one place. Hootsuite has truly saved me time and brought structure to a chaotic multi-brand, multi-platform environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel overwhelming at first, like piloting a spaceship with so many features and dashboards that take a while to master. Creating rules or building custom widgets often requires support, and the customer service can be slow to respond. Also, integrations like Threads or Blue Sky don’t always work as expected, which disrupts workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite, I was juggling over 100 social pages manually, but now, it’s all centralized, making delegation and oversight much simpler. It allows us to maintain brand consistency while tailoring messaging to local audiences, and that's why we’re now able to analyze what works best in real time and I also appreciate how customizable the dashboards are, especially for reporting to stakeholders or pulling quick insights. We considered alternatives like Sprinklr, but Hootsuite offered a more user-friendly experience that didn’t require a dedicated team just to onboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite streamlines the scheduling and publishing process across all our major social platforms. The calendar view is intuitive, and the ability to collaborate across teams without overlap makes managing campaigns much smoother. It also saves us time by keeping comments, DMs, and post performance data all in one dashboard. The integration with tools like Canva and Google Drive is also a major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some post previews—especially for Instagram Stories or carousels—don’t match the final live look. Also, while the AI tools are improving, they still feel somewhat limited in content suggestions. Pricing can climb quickly if you’re managing multiple users or brands, and the analytics dashboard could be more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to manage multiple social media accounts in one place, streamlining scheduling, content approvals, and reporting. It saves hours each week, helps keep messaging consistent across platforms, and makes it easier to collaborate with team members. Having a central place to track comments, DMs, and engagement has helped us respond faster and stay on top of community activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Inbox 2.0. I like the Talk Walker addition. The ability to add sentiments to a conversation is helpful. It has a nice layout that is easy to pick up quickly and run with. I love that it has an app so I can easily use the platform when out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to post facebook reels but hear that it is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding those who are not properly tagging us by using Talk Walker. Keeping our inboxes clean and organized. Scheduling content and checking up on our performance with the detailed analytics provided.

Increased social media ROI

What do you like best about the product?
In my daily job I post properties on our social media handles and handle potential buyer queries. Before Hootsuite I hired a virtual assistant to post all of the properties, but that was creating quality issues with posts. Usually she would post different captions with different properties, but Hootsuite's bulk uploader lets me manage a sheet and upload directly to Hootsuite. That's literally our business saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't have chrome extension that's -1 :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I told my virtual assistant, posting wrong details with different properties, but Hootsuite's uploader takes all correct information from the sheet which is managed by our sales team, so it saves a lot of time and we invest that time to solve potential buyer queries.
