What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to schedule out content
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how basic the software is compared to other software like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite was helping us maintain our social media presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the tool is to use. As a first time user I found scheduling posts to be very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is a limit to the number of posts I can schedule on the free version, but it's set at a high enough number that I don't run into too many issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite to schedule all of our Twitter posts for the week

Gets the job done, but unimpressed

What do you like best about the product?
If you need a social automation system, it gets the job done. I’d recommend it in a pinch or if you only need to manage one or two accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is personal preference but I do not like the web interface. I have a lot of clients come to me for consulting and they can’t grasp it. I feel it could be far more user-friendly and “clean.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you’re only managing a couple of accounts, Hootsuite works fine. It’s a reliable platform that helps to get your social content out and review analytics accordingly. Also, their app is probably the simplest I’ve used to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re handling a small number of platforms, it’s a fine choice. However if you’re handling a large number of platforms (say if you’re a social media manager, like myself) the pricing becomes outrageous and I’ve found you can get better (and more) bang for your buck with a better program.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was one of the first media managers on the net. They have great reach and can accommodate most social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the high monthly costs for premium and the high cost of extras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a one stop checkin for all of my social media, making me more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a bit of a long learning curve. Take the time to learn all of the features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the streams for multi-channels and social media monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extra step for Instagram publishing. I wish it automated fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts all of the social accounts that I manage in one place. Putting streams in place for each client and channel eases the burden of constantly logging in and out of accounts. Great for monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the HootSuite interface. It is easy to manage and get around, especially if you have never used it before. I appreciate the easiness to schedule posts and that it lets you choose the type of information you want to always view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that some of the most important features of social media management cost so much extra. For example, the analytics. You can view them with the normal subscription, but to have the capability to download the data, its an additional $60 a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule social posts when we are not in the office allows us to always stay current and consistent with our audience engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This can be an affordable program to use if you need some minor social media management all in one place. It can get a bit pricey when you start adding features, but they are good features. Their analytics is easy to understand and you can download them in a variety of formats. This is an industry standard program, and there is a reason for it. Easy to use and useful.

It's compatible with everything! It makes it simple to work as a team. The feed function is amazing to find new content!

No Content suggestion, no multilanguage capability. Very costly for some functions.

Saves me too much time

What do you like best about the product?
I can link various social media accounts and just send out one post. I can also schedule posts so I can use this to take care of many projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
you have to pay to link more accounts which I understand..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems really. Sometimes I have to type links manually or address titles but its no big deal.

Try it out you'll love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i have access to all my streams in one dashboard, and that i can pre-plan my marketing campaigns. It's a huge time saver, and offers flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish i could post more than 30 messages in a period. Sometimes my campaigns need far more than 30 posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management mostly. It's a huge time saver to schedule out posts for my marketing campaigns.
