Efficient and Reliable Program
What do you like best about the product?
I can plan ahead and schedule and not worry abut my vacation or days off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timing wise, how I have to wait 5 min at least.

it has helped me keep my social content up to date, I use multiple social accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reports provided already on a dashboard. Just simply edit date range and voila!
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously the social listening was limited to 1 week but that has been edited to 1 month so no downsides right now

Effortless Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Hootsuite is how it simplifies social media management, especially since social media is an integrated part of my job but not my primary responsibility. With Hootsuite, I can efficiently schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage multiple accounts all from one dashboard, which saves me a lot of time and mental energy. This convenience allows me to maintain a consistent and professional online presence without getting distracted from my main job duties. The ability to plan and automate content in advance means I can focus on my core responsibilities, knowing that my social media channels are still active and engaging. Hootsuite’s analytics and monitoring tools also help me quickly assess what’s working, so I can make informed adjustments without spending hours analyzing data. Overall, Hootsuite makes it much easier to balance my social media tasks with the rest of my workload, helping me stay organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike about using Hootsuite. The pricing is quite high, especially since the free plan was discontinued and many useful features are only available on expensive tiers. The user interface feels outdated and cluttered, which makes it overwhelming and sometimes confusing to navigate, especially when managing multiple accounts. Additionally, there’s a steep learning curve, so it takes time to become comfortable with all the features and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the hassle of juggling multiple social media accounts by bringing everything into one easy dashboard. It saves me time with scheduling and automation, so I can keep my social media active without it taking over my day. The built-in analytics help me see what’s working, making it easier to improve my strategy while I focus on my main job. Overall, it keeps social media manageable and stress-free.

Great Support for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and analytics functions are very helpful to use. I love that everything can be done in one place. Also loved the ease of integration.

It would be useful to have story scheduling

To be able to schedule across platforms - saves time. Also I like the AI generated hashtags - very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a fintech startup and need to be consistent on social media to push financial news and tips to potential customers to make authentic connections. Hootsuite helps to manage consistency with its content planner feature. I also use the content library to use as post templates and post again and again to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its content library seems old and gives complications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for in-house content push in a fintech startup and for some of my freelance clients. Without Hootsuite, managing both types of accounts would be a complicated and tedious task, so you can say Hootsuite is literally a life saver for me and make my job more enjoyable. :)

What do you like best about the product?
The webinars, blogs, and social media trends have been invaluable as I settle into my new role as a social media manager in Higher Education. My background is primarily in graphic design, so I was slightly overwhelmed by learning a new tool. There's resources that are industry specific that have already helped me develop a strategy in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a primary user of native social media applications, there's a learning curve to navigating feeds that feels organic, and as someone in Higher Education, lacking some of the live features found directly on Instagram or Facebook phone applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With little experience in executing a social media strategy and determining what times are best to post or what conversations are happening across social media related to my industry, Hootsuite is acting like a personal assistant keeping track of the relevant trends and analytics. I can look at the results and recommendations and adjust my strategy as necessary.
Hootsuite User for 4 Years
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite both at an agency that manages multiple client accounts, as well as in-house at a not-for-profit professional association. I use it almost every day. Setup has been relatively seamless. It is easy to use and the company is constantly evolving and adding more products. I appreciation the educational tools and webinars that the company provides to its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced weird quirks and glitches with the APIs with Meta and LinkedIn specifically, though have been able to navigate them for the most part. Customer support and the Hootsuite Help articles have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has cut down our content scheduling time. We also wanted a social listening tool, which is a newer feature that we have begun exploring. Tracking our analytics used to take hours, done manually, but it is nice having all of that data nested in one singular place. We hope that advertising through Hootsuite vs. directly through Meta or LinkedIn will offer a better experience.
