What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling several posts to multiple platforms is easy to do and a big timesaver
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version only includes a limited number of accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps save time by being able to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms in minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If social media posting is taking up too much time, def. give Hootsuite a try.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is intuitive to use and offers basic social media monitoring functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting they offered did not provide near the detail you can get direct from the biggest player - Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early on it was a great tool for scheduling our social media needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent platform to manage social networks, it is entertaining you can have all your social networks on a single platform and manage them all at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can not open more than 10 tabs in a column the statistics are not very good and you can not appreciate in detail the management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to manage different social networks is excellent. you can do programming for a whole year and more for facebook, twitter, linkedin.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
hootsuite is recommended to manage social networks, helps companies keep their social networks active, will boost the business, and is easy and simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view and ability to schedule and change things easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automation -- evergreen posts, queues.
Paying extra for analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their calendar view made it easy to see what has been scheduled and when to be sure that information is shared at appropriate times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version is great, but lacks the calendar view - for the annual fee it is definitely worth it, if you find yourself using it a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite got a massive amount of features and tools to allow you to go very granular in terms of what info you want to curate and monitor. So much it can become overwhelming. To address that, the company puts together loads of training videos if you want to dedicate more time to go deeper. Their mobile app is good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free reporting tools are limited, even if you got already a paid plans. They drive you to buy additional reporting credits, which I find annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management and Monitoring, community management, content scheduling
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore youtube videos and their certification program to be able to get the most out of Hootsuite.

Great versatility for managing social media posting

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that I can post to multiple social media sites at the same time. I can even post images at the same time. You can also create multiple posts and set posting dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about hootsuite which is why I gave it 5 stars. For our needs it is a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to maintain a social media presence across multiple platforms and do so in an efficient and time sensitive manner.

Sometimes, the scheduling within Facebook does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts really saves you time. You also can see your audience engagement via analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not a technical person, Hootsuite is perfect for you. Easy to use, and does not require a previous skill-set to figure it out. I have experienced some glitches with Facebook, but it has improved over time. I usually double check to make sure the Facebook posts have posted, and they do 95% of the time.

Not my favorite Social posting

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to easily add pretty much all of your social accounts to this and monitor a massive bulk load of them. I also like how you can get a nice look at what will be sent out on what day and what accounts will be posting that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest problems I have with this account is that the social media accounts always get disconnected. There is not a week that goes by that I do not have to go in and upload one of my social accounts. I also hate that you are not able to post to instagram through here. I get that it is a API problem, but there are other social accounts out there that are able to post for you so I wish it could be a new update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a high level amount of social accounts from Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram and more and it is incredibly hard to post it all manually or even schedule it to be posted on the social platform it's self.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look for something else that gives you more options. Right now I am using SocialDraft. It is better than Hootsuite, but still not amazing

It is a very much a self taught tool and takes time to learn features and functionality.
