What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can monitor all your social platforms on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing to navigate if you’re not familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowed me to multitask and monitor my clients’ social channels all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s an easy way to see everything in one platform
Great Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the scheduling format. It is very easy to use and I love it can be used across most platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't use Facebook tags when using Hootsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only benefits - ease of scheduling client's posts makes my job significantly less time consuming.

Being able to view multiple accounts and tags side by side

The scheduling functionality is not as good as other sources and their Instagram functionality is especially limited.

Great tool for crowd listening and competitor analysis

Know there might be other, more robust tools for your needs
Combining all manner of useful social media utilities in one easy-to-use package
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's UI has gotten much better and more intuitive over the life of the product, and it's now my favorite way to organize social media posts for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. The UI can still seem a bit chaotic at times, but that's the nature of social media. I'm not sure what else these folks could do to tighten it up, to be perfectly honest!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to manage tons of different passwords, and schedule all our posts in different places, was not a particularly elegant way to handle social media prior. Hootsuite has made this process extremely easy and streamlined for us.

Scheduling Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule social media posts on Facebook and Twitter very easily. The character counts are helpful and they have a good selection of streams that you can follow
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that I can't schedule instagram posts (but that might be on Instagram not hootsuite). I also wish that when posting the same message across FB and Twitter, that there were a smarter way to tag people. Right now if I want to tag a person or page, I have to make two different entries or the person/page name would come up twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management, time management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't bother adding instagram to this function. It doesn't really interact wit Hootsuite so you might as well just focus on Twitter and Facebook.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Difficult to set up and to use
- Bulk composer is still in BETA and has a lot of problems

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on Social Media multiple times a day, several days a week can be complicated. Hootsuite makes everything easier! A hub to manage different social media and bulk posting. Our marketing department uses it to manage social media (comments from customers, shares, etc.) and schedule their posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you post many times on social media it's a must! We tweet more than 20 times a day, every day of the week. Without Hootsuite it would take me forever to post everything. Now I can schedule everything for the week.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do multiple keyword searches all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay for, but it really isn't expensive. I am just cheap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring lots of mentions and lots of conversations all a once! It has made it super easy to do!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to scan various conversations via hashtags and keywords on Twitter threads to find relevant and recent content for my client
What do you dislike about the product?
Often in one thread the same message repeats itself for the length of the thread, I wish there was a way to hide that content.

Good platform for simple social media management & social listening.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to be a lot more efficient in our social media marketing. I am able to bulk upload several weeks worth of social media posts at once instead of one at a time. I am also able to run multiple reports to compare our social media metrics from month to month. Hootsuite also offers webinars and blogs so I am able to stay on top of current and new trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I am no longer able to customize link previews on Facebook posts. Another dislike is when bulk uploading social media posts, they won't allow you to have duplicates posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is the biggest business problem that I am solving with Hootsuite. I am able to go to one website and maintain all of our social media platforms.

As social media continues to grow it is a MUST!
