What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for about six months for social media planning at my job, and I appreciate its ease of use, finding it straightforward and simple to set up. One of the highlights for me is how Hootsuite enables easy scheduling of posts in advance, which helps ensure that I have content lined up for the week, significantly benefiting my workflow. Its ability to post across multiple platforms is incredibly helpful, allowing me to efficiently manage our social media presence. I also find the team functionality extremely beneficial; I can easily click on a team and distribute posts to all related accounts, which streamlines our operations. Additionally, the analytics feature is invaluable as it allows me to share insights with my bosses and observe real-time growth, enhancing our strategic decisions and demonstrating the progress of our campaigns. Overall, Hootsuite greatly assists in keeping things streamlined and efficient, which makes it a tool I would consider purchasing again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the inability to edit a post within five minutes of scheduling it quite challenging. This limitation can make the platform feel clunky, particularly when I spot typos or errors shortly after scheduling posts. This restriction forces me to consider deleting the entire post to correct a minor mistake, which is not an ideal solution and disrupts my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite simplifies my social media planning by scheduling posts in advance, aligning weekly content, and supporting multi-platform sharing. The team function efficiently distributes posts, while analytics enable real-time growth tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule content across multiple platforms in one place. I like being able to see all my campaigns laid out on a calendar, and I appreciate how simple it is to duplicate posts or adjust them for different channels. It also helps to keep everything organized when juggling multiple accounts. Their AI tools for caption prompts and thumbnail suggestions can be surprisingly helpful when I’m stuck or short on time. Overall, it gives me more consistency in posting and helps me stay ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels high for smaller nonprofits or small teams. Some features that feel basic (like more robust reporting or more users) sit behind upgrades that make it more expensive. I also wish the UI was a bit more intuitive — certain things feel like they’re buried or take extra clicks to get to. And sometimes there’s a delay or glitch when it comes to syncing Instagram reels or story content which can interrupt workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay consistent and organized with social content across multiple platforms, without having to manually post or juggle reminders. It saves me time, streamlines scheduling, and keeps all my campaigns aligned in one organized dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and the preview option. It's really nice to see exactly what it will look like. I like that I can schedule posts in advance and see some analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag easier in Hootsuite instead of after posting. I also wish I could have drafts on certain dates instead of in a drafts folder so we could see when things are slated to go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and previewing is great. We are having less errors in our posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite’s ease of use and the ability to post across multiple platforms at once. The comparative analysis is helpful—though I wish it were more in-depth—and I appreciate seeing how our social media stacks up against immediate competitors

I wish the analysis were more in-depth, that we could edit posts on the spot, and we seem to have to reconnect social accounts regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Social Media Manager, the convenience Hootsuite gives users is incredibly convenient. I'm able to schedule, curate content, and get ideas for captions all in one place. The software is pretty easy to use!

The software is great. I wish they had more pricing options available that could fit more peoples budgets.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is how easy it makes it to manage multiple social media platforms in one place. I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance without having to constantly switch between apps. The calendar view is especially helpful for planning out content ahead of time and keeping campaigns organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Hootsuite is that some of its more advanced features, like in-depth analytics and team collaboration tools, are only available on higher-tier plans, which can get expensive. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when managing multiple accounts or viewing several streams at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently. Instead of logging into each platform separately, I can schedule, post, and monitor content all in one place. This saves a lot of time and helps keep our posting schedule consistent and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. Clear planner and that you can write posts across multiple platforms in one go. I use it to schedule every post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally you loose drafts on of your content and sometimes the tagging of people and companies doesn't work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is takes to create and post across multiple platforms. It serves as a great visual way to see all the posts that have gone out in one place.

The DM automation and analytics reports are incredible!

Wish I could change the colours on the report and ability to add trending sounds.

Can manage multiple accounts and also use it the mobile push notifications to keep me up to date with what has been scheduled.
