Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management So Much Easier

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Hootsuite is how simple cross-platform posting is. I don't have to log in and out of each social media platform separately to manage several brand accounts and post content across them. Another noteworthy feature is the unified inbox, which compiles all direct messages from all linked platforms into a single view, greatly simplifying customer support.

Hootsuite's analytics are another reason I rely on it every day. I can make better, data-driven decisions with less guesswork thanks to the insights, which are straightforward and practical. I can track and shorten links without ever leaving the dashboard thanks to Bitly's smooth integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that Hootsuite can occasionally be a little slow, especially when using the Instagram inbox. Not all conversations are marked as resolved or pending immediately, and occasionally it feels like messages are delivered slowly. Although it's a minor hiccup, it does affect the flow, particularly when I'm attempting to keep track of urgent or time-sensitive messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing several social media accounts and platforms was one of my toughest problems in the past. Switching between apps to send posts or respond to messages was chaotic and time-consuming. For me, Hootsuite has made that very easy. I can now manage, schedule, and publish content for all of my brand profiles from a single dashboard, which saves me a tonne of time and keeps me organised. I particularly appreciate the unified inbox because it makes it so much easier to stay on top of conversations and ensures that I never miss a customer message from all of my platforms.

It says "free tools" but really you have to pay for most.

What do you like best about the product?
I have more than 290,000 social media followers, and I have used many social media scheduling apps on different times. And I say i loved hootsuite. As a techie who knows the intricacies of software, i can rank Hootsuite in top tier, features are well-polished, which I can say, comes from years of experience in this industry. My job gets done without pain! I can recommend Hootsuite for your social media content management easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have "scheduling queue" or "posting schedule" feature, in which I can set posting times earlier (pre-set posting times) and just add the new posts in a queue. But Hootsuite has a "Recommended Times" feature, which does the job. But I'd like to set my posting schedule earlier. Also "Auto Schedule" setting limits 10 posts per day max. I'd like to have more posts to auto schedule daily. Apart from these, I like Hootsuite more than other competitors for various other strengths Hootsuite has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making social media scheduling simpler. Makes multiple social media accounts management easy, Hootsuite gives a central place in which I can do all my social media management activities (like replying, reacting) without going to separate apps. Also, user experience (UX) is nice. Analytics is way ahead than competition which gives a solid dashboard which comes up with most useful piece of information about the direction of my social media accounts, by bringing important points up-front, this mproves productivity and saves time.

We have speacially chosen Hootsuite because of the analytics that shows the graphs of our ads. The graphs like post impressions and post shares.

Sometimes it doesn't show the followers data correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for a year and I appreciate the ability to centrally manage profiles across multiple social media channels. The intuitive scheduling and clear analytic reports save time and help plan campaigns more effectively. Integration with popular platforms is seamless, and automatic notifications streamline team workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, the subscription cost for smaller businesses is relatively high. Additionally, some advanced features (e.g., in-depth analytics) require extra fees or dedicated plans. The interface, while clear, can be unintuitive for new users, so the learning curve is somewhat steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite effectively centralizes our social media management across multiple platforms, saving our team significant time and ensuring consistent brand messaging. It solves our content scheduling challenges by allowing batch preparation and automated posting at optimal times. The analytics tools provide valuable insights that have improved our engagement rates by 25%. What do you like best about the product?
Best part is it integrates with almost all social media platforms like facebook, pinterest, linkedin and so on. We also use it for analytics and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
What we love the most about Hootsuite is how easy it is to navigate the platform. It is very intuitive and the learning curve is small. It is easy to schedule content and most importantly syncing our social media accounts. We've had a great time using the planner and appreciate the smaller functions like cropping and adding hashtags. Overall we are greatly satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is glitchier to use Hootuite on Safari vs Goggle Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving how time consuming it is to schedule social media. It saves us lots of time especially since we are a small team and our work time is valuable.
