Saves time scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
- It's easy to toggle back and forth between business accounts, but not so easy that you accidentally schedule something on the wrong account.
- The analytics make it easy for us to know what's working and what we need to adjust
- They are constantly evolving and adding new, convenient features.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Only one person can be logged on at a time. If more than one person is accidentally logged on to the account, things quickly get mixed up.
- There are a few quirks when it comes to links, multiple photos, and a couple of other post types
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save so much time be scheduling social media posts ahead of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Periodically check your posts after they have been scheduled. Sometimes there are quirks with how links show up or with multiple photos in a post.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many accounts you can add! I manage 10 clients with at least 2 social media accounts for each, and the dashboard has enough space for all of them! I like the different streams that you can display for each account, like "Tweets scheduled" and "My tweets", so you can see what has posted and what is scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit to how many accounts you can show, so it can get tricky if you manage a lot of accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule content across multiple platforms, for multiple clients in a quick and easy manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely use Hootsuite. It is easy to use, they update as needed (like implementing the new character count on Twitter), and it is very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows the team to manage multiple social networks all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any one particular feature we dislike but rather ones we don't use such as the scheduling tool; we prefer to post natively and simply place value on real-time engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to have an at-a-glance view of all our clients and account. We can easily navigate from one client / campaign to the next.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allows you to manage workflow with your team by assigning messages so they get to the right people in your business.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience is somewhat limited with social apps, but Hootsuite is priced well and gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain steps are not intuitive and when setting up new posts the functionality is a bit clumsier than need be. Also, scheduling videos has limitations in terms of file types, file size, etc that would be great if they were more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling and deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard of Hootsuite - it's easy to understand and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the scheduler does not allow you to re-schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-platform content calendar, social media analytics, social listening and monitoring
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would love if Hootsuite had the ability to tag companies on LinkedIn. If there were more rescheduling options and if the scheduled calendar looked a little cleaner and customizable.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard feature is very helpful and scheduling is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is terrible unless you're willing to pay quite a bit extra for better access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for social media marketing automation across multiple platforms. The app makes it very easy to schedule for Instagram, something we haven't found with other social media management apps or programs.

I like that I can schedule social media posts as opposed to logging in and posting individually on every site each day.

At times, hootsuite can be frustrating. Occasionally the scheduling feature acts up.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a lifesaver. Instead of waking up in the middle of the night realizing I forgot to post something, Hootsuite ensures everything you want to be posted will be posted. The scheduling option also frees up time from having to log into various social media platforms daily to post the same content over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there isn't anything I dislike about Hootsuite.

Never forgetting to post across our social media platforms

Definitely use Hootsuite! There is absolutely no reason not to. Makes social media posting across various platforms so easy!
