What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling function and overview of all feeds in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scheduling is off, it had often posted tweets at the wrong time.

Easy to use, great analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Posting and tracking to social media is so easy with HootSuite. Manage multiple accounts, pick and choose which ones to post to, schedule your posts and track post analytics. Wow! So many great features for free! More great features if you want to pay a little extra.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see more analytics but for a free account, it does more than enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twitter doesn't have the option to schedule posts yet, so HootSuite makes it so you can schedule posts whenever you want! Post to all your accounts at once with one click too!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need free, easy social media management, this is it! You can do so much with HootSuite for free and if you have the budget, you can pay for the awesome extra features and do more!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my apps are available in one place. It is very easy to navigate and see what comes across our feeds through HootSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to keep a pulse on our social medias through Live updates. We were able to keep in contact with our customers and their concerns as they were posting.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to use and allows us to stay ahead in our social media posting. Plus, I can monitor all my accounts in one place which makes it, more or less, my one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've got nothing bad to say -- we've used it for years and haven't had anything but great luck with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling out social media posts in advance and managing social media accounts in one place.

A fantastic Social Media Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
This software not only lets me schedule tweets, cull info from rss feeds to tweet, manage multiple accounts on differing platforms (twitter, facebook, linkedin, etc), it also has a great little plugin (hootlet) that lets you tweet from virtually any webpage.
What do you dislike about the product?
lthough hootsuite is excellent in almost everything it does, it is missing a calendar to do more extensive scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hootsuite to manage the Cancer Center's social media sites. Whether you know it or not someone is saying something about your business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on your needs, you may wish to evaluate other offerings as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use GUI, and stellar performance. Rarely does the platform slow down or fail to appropriately post queued social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plan pricing quickly escalates to a point where it no longer is a value. It is advantageous to sign up for multiple business or team account(s) rather than go enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating the number of log ins needed under one umbrella. Our organization manages social media strategies for a number of different organizations in which managed security, timely content representation and postings are crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider multiple professional editions vs going Enterprise. May present more of a value at the cost of multiple log-ins

What do you like best about the product?
Free service offerings are robust and useful. The paid services expand capabilities. Intuitive functionality, great online support and training. Easy to use and schedule. Robust reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much about Hootsuite to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and scheduling for multiple social streams, great reporting options. I have used both the paid and free tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate multiple accounts and platforms into one easy to navigate screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing and options frequently changing to the detriment of subscribers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible for your team to integrate multiple businesses and accounts and then have each individual social media platform available as well. In addition, users can schedule out their social media calendar across platforms so that the bulk of their month can be spent on interacting and spontaneous posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hootsuite across multiple companies with varying sizes of their social programs. It accommodates social needs for any type of company, and always did it's job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say Hootsuite has evolved over the years in a good way, but, I would like if it provided more analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social planning needs. It's a great organizational tool to fire out content as desired.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Again, this is a solid monitoring/deploying too. I think the analytic component of the tool could use work to be up to speed with competitors like Sprinklr.
