Hoot suite Well Suited for Busy Professionals

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule your social media posts in advance. I did a lot of long traveling overseas lately and it allowed me to keep up with my followers and update them even when I could not physically do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some problems with connecting to one of my social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps schedule posts on social media which is very important since there are specific hotspot times for each platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worth investing because it keeps your posts on track and scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for managing several different profiles across social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little busy--not sure it needs to be quite so involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few companies that each have their own social media profiles, and it allows us to schedule posts across all platforms and analyze how they perform
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it if you have several social media accounts to keep track of. I don't think you'd need it to schedule personal posts, as Facebook and other platforms often allow you to schedule your posts and have some built in analytics too.

Solid and Powerful Tool for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve for using Hootsuite is fairly short. I use a Pro plan, which offers extra features - the one I use the most is "bulk scheduling". Anytime I've had issues or glitches, customer support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find the analytics to be very useful. Also, sometimes, there seems to be more clutter on the screen that what is necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to keep client content in front of their audiences on a consistent basis. It's easier to strategize and plan ahead as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for scheduling content. I like that I'm able to schedule across multiple social channels quickly and easily, and I love building individual content tabs for simple monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I'm not able to easily schedule to Instagram, and I'd love to see better features for recycling content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made planning and scheduling content much easier.

URL of hootsuite showing in a post is tacky. But i can upgrade to prevent this.

It allows me to focus a long strategy on my social media content

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature. I'm able to schedule as many social posts I like for the next couple of weeks and don't need to worry about it every day. I also like the customer service and updates they try to release regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, their reporting feature is not the best. However, they're working on it and just launched an updated analytics center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working more time efficient when doing social promotions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not the cheapest solution, but it's definitely worth the money! Their customer service is awesome...you get what you pay for!

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can control all of the posts I need to have for my business all in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to do the work. I don't enjoy it so that has nothing to do with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. I get to set aside time for the other aspects of my business that do also truly matter. As much as I enjoy going on social media for personal reasons. I dont enjoy posting for business reasons. This site helps

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is fairly easy to use, ever for someone that doesn’t have much tech experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approvals are extremely difficult to navigate. Once a post is approved, it cannot be edited and sent back for reappraisal. The whole post must be deleted and redone if there are any edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased user connection and ease with posting.
