What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple platform to maintain multiple social media accounts across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is an Instagram feature, it is not the best scheduler. I use a separate platform for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts, communication, analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I understand Instagram regulations but adding a way to better implement scheduling on this platform would be great. Also increasing image and video size allotments.

Excellent programme for managing multiple social media platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post cross/platform without having to log in to multiple sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our Facebook account disconnects from the programme for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when posting cross-platform as you can schedule posts and don't have to log into multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite makes social media marketing easy. Users can pre-formulate their posts and Hootsuite will post on a schedule set by the user. I found this very helpful during holidays, vacations and breaks. I was able to better plan out my social media strategy, as a result too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the program itself looks outdated from a user point of view. I disliked that I had to keep clicking on various tabs to get where I needed. I wish the program itself had a cleaner, more modern look to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves content curation, monitoring and analytics, and the ability to better manage my social media channels. I realize that Hootsuite solves my time management by allowing me to better control the timing of my posts in order to achieve a higher audience rate, click and views.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is a valuable tool for those who are new to the digital marketing world.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is nice with the Beta version, and the visibility of social engagement is great to see real time and the ability to interact quickly through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram posting is very difficult every time we post. Our social is managed by multiple people and posting on Instagram ultimately results in whoever’s posting to log out of their personal Instagram account on their phone to log into our companies account for posting. This is one of our biggest issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and ability to follow more social media interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Will do as intended but could be pushed more for further integration and usability.

What do you like best about the product?
The capacity to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms. Also, the capacity to watch social media chatter, tagged posts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there's no feature to edit posts that have already been made. I'd appreciate the capacity to edit them, and see those edits then incorporated across all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Promotion of events, calendar, messaging, etc. An important time saving tool for a social media presence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's well worthwhile. I haven't found a better social media management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
That it isn’t really easy to use, and comes with a free version. You can also autoschedule to make the process seem more human. The feed for social monitoring is also really helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
That the tool doesn’t automatically load up the article photos!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy social media scheduling!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage almost all of my platforms from one dashboard. I have multiple companies that I do social for and this makes that easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't the ability to edit posts directly from the dashboard. If I ever need to alter anything, I have to go directly to the platform itself and edit from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring consistent posting across platforms by using Hootsuite!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and understand. I like how once you create and set a time for the post, you don't have to worry about it any longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has to be updated to fit the new Instagram features. For example, multiple pictures in one post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to manage the social media accounts of many different clients. Makes it easy to post so that you don't have to worry about doing it later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Update it to be able to use the features of the updated Instagram and Facebook.
