hootsuite is great for scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use hootsuite to schedule when my posts go out for my blog. I currently use it to schedule for twitter and instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let me write more in my description. I also wish I could use it to schedule for more social media that i currently use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule my posts to go out so I don't have to do it manualy. Because of that i have more time to do other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wish it would allow you to schedule more than 30 messages ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Hootsuite, but I would have to say that I enjoy how you can monitor multiple streams in one organized, convenient space. I also appreciate how you are able to get free reports via email and how Hootsuite's website is full of resources and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but if I had to pick one thing, I would have to say that I dislike how the compose box easily closes and doesn't consistently stay open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business problems, but Hootsuite makes everything easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to receive your Hootsuite certification. Not only is it required for most jobs, but it is the best way to truly learn how to use the software.

An easy way to manage Social Media Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to come up with unique content for each individual Social Media Account that I manage. I can post to all of them seamlessly with a click of a button!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the clunkiness of the UI. It seems like there could be a simpler dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an entire position - Social Media Manager, by allowing that to manage all of our outlets.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that you can schedule posts on multiple platforms simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do not have full access to each platform's features and capabilities.

Time and content management.
More time, easier to manage multiple accounts.

Hootsuite — A go-to platform for any social media marketer

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is in a class of its own when it comes to being able to efficiently schedule social media posts in advance. The platform takes a little while to learn, but it offers a wide range of tools that make any social media marketer's life much easier. Hootsuite's social listening/monitoring tools also make managing a brand on social much easier and save a social media marketer a ton of time from monitoring each platform individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The evaluation/analytics on Hootsuite leave a little (sometimes a lot) to be desired. Competing platforms like Sprout Social offer more robust reports of daily/weekly/monthly social activity, which means social media marketers sometimes end up having to pull numbers by hand from Facebook, Twitter, et al. Having used several other platforms, Hootsuite's interface isn't always the most intuitive to use either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important business problem being solved with Hootsuite is the ability to quickly and efficiently schedule social media posts for a variety of clients — sometimes up to a month (or more) in advance. This provides numerous benefits; not only does it save time, but it also helps to create more logical and cohesive social media editorial calendars.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although a little more pricey compared to other social media management tools, it's more than worth trying.

Needs to incorporate more flatforms

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is so nice when you're working with multiple social media accounts with multiple companies. It's quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many platforms popping up that people are jumping on board with. I think there should be a way to manually add platforms that aren't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time. Switching back and forth between accounts and managing passwords is a disaster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule your posts, with 30 a month as a limit for those of us who don't want to bombard our audience. I really like the app phone feature, which helps when I'm away from my desk and get notified of something to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Instagram doesn't work on this platform I have yet to find something free where I can schedule and post directly from my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule post for the week starting on Monday maximizing my time flow at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule multiple platforms, messages, see instant replies, and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform was cleaner, I also wish I could change the background color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's incredible to schedule so many channels and platforms at once. I love the replies, seeing how well a post does with real time analytics.

Make social media management + monitoring is a snap

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage multiple brand channels at once and see all the streams that are important to me in one live dashboard. The app is also great so I can do my job on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for user permissions. Right now there is only super admin, admin, editor or none. Would be great to have a "Viewer" permission for teammates that want to check in on upcoming content but aren't necessarily publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-woman social team I'm using Hootsuite for social care and reputation management. I'm able to quickly see when someone mentions having a negative experience, take the conversation to DM and hand them off to the right customer care rep.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to post on your social media channels in one sitting.
What do you dislike about the product?
They switched the number of free social media channels and prices went way up for additional so we can not afford to have all our accounts scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management - way easier to sit down one day and schedule out the entire month.

Great tool for scheduling social media. Free with three channels.
