What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Support help is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certifications are expensive, some trainings are hard to follow because there isn't a transcript
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to maintain our social media presence even if someone is out of town.
Hootsuite makes postings for facebook efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can assign one design to multiple social media sites at one time - facebook, google + and twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I post multiple social sites I have to go to each site post individually to make a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time by being able to schedule social media posts in advance. I benefit by freeing up my time to do other things
Have all your social media in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage our social media accounts from one location. The dashboard allows you to view interactions from each site in an easily accessible format. I've set our twitter pages up so I can view our posts, interactions, retweets, feed and scheduled posts all on one page. Being able to schedule posts has made a huge difference to our time and scheduling, we no longer have to remember to go and post things but can set posts up across the week. Equally, if someone is on holiday they can plan posts whilst they're away so social media doesn't suffer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard looks dated and clunky. We currently use the free version and there is limited reporting available. However, as a free tool that's not too much of an issue. The LinkedIn connection times out periodically which is frustrating but I suspect that is down to LinkedIn's security and it is easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving when managing social media. Managing the streams from one place means nothing gets forgotten about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version has a wide variety of functions so very useful for testing if you're considering purchasing the full version. Scheduling posts is a very useful feature.

It keep your social media organized, you can lead, manage and analize campaigs. You can get in contact with your followers and keep track really nicely of any private conversation you ever had.

is abit clumsy at the beggining, it may even feel a bit oppresing, simply by the fact that it provides you at evrey moment with a los info. is important and useful but a lot

starting mey seems a little confusing, but once you set your preferences, is an easy trip to master social media

N/A - definitely a time-saver and helps me keep on top of my posts to multiple social networks
I haven’t used it in awhile but it’s a little clunky and overbearing.

Graphic design is outdated and the user interface is old.
