What do you like best about the product?
There isn't much I like about this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. The software is terrible, hands down.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes following social media a lot easier and it is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
They send a lot of emails and I havn't been able to figure out how to turn them off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never forgetting to respond on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for integrating multiple social networks into one consolidated platform. It is also great for monitoring specific hashtags, or specific users. It is also a great way to monitor engagement with your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is not a fault of hootsuite, it would be great to be able to delete linkedin posts from within the platform, as well as view who liked your tweets. However I understand that these factors may be due to linkedin/twitter's internal API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining workflow and saving time. Hootsuite saves so much time from having to jump from one website to the next. We are able to queue up all of our posts for the week across all platforms, within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to take advantage of the analytics tab as well. Not only can you manage and monitor your content but you can analyze it as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can choose to allow Hootsuite to determine when to post, or choose times myself. I also love that I can choose how many times a week to post, and between which hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visuals could be better and the dashboard a little bit more organized for a cleaner and smoother experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of taking time each day to write and publish a post, I can write multiple posts, schedule them with Hootsuite, and not think about it for the rest of the week! It allows me to

It's a great option if you're looking for a program to manage your social media posts! The free version still does a lot and may be enough for a lot of users. The only downside is that it's a little detail-heavy and not laid out in the best way. It gets the job done, however!

Easy to use and effective social media scheduling tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and fast it is to schedule my social media posts. The link shortener is great for Twitter and it's easy to see your future posts. It's also easy to observe all your platforms in once place live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to make similar (yet different) posts for different platforms automatically. Right now I'm customizing each post for Twitter under 140 characters with hashtags, but I'd like to post the same subject on Facebook with a little different wording. Unfortunately right now I'd have to do this manually - and I don't really know how Hootsuite would help automate this for me, but that would be great.

I also wish there was a bigger analytics section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a ton of time scheduling social media posts. I schedule posts out at least a week in advance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the training they offer. It's fun, quick, and informative. Hootsuite is definitely worth the investment as it saves a ton of time.

I wish I was able to post more easily to Youtube and Instagram

I am able to crosspost so I get things done more efficiently. The site has many benefits and I hope that I am able to continue to use it to the full extent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to schedule all of my posts far ahead of time - it makes it really easy to plan out.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot schedule posts straight to Instagram - it looks like it just sets reminders. I don't think this is a Hootsuite problem, but maybe something on Instagram's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time and helping the brands I promote stay consistent with their posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a second to learn the product and take advantage of any of their webinars and free training available. Their website has a lot of content that can help any social media manager with their posts and maybe encourage them to try something new.

Better of existing market tools to be used for social media management- use, but be ready to keep track of your growth and scheduling on an Excel sheet

What do you like best about the product?
The streams functionality is very useful - having multiple streams is helpful for segregating your online content.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI sidebar can feel clunky or unintuitive - doesn't react to my mouse how I'd think it would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling is huge - we can be more organized in our approach to social media because of this.
