Overall good experience with hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I use hootsuite to schedule tweets and like it for this feature. I also use it to manage our feed and see what other organizations are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to schedule instagram posts. I think I would like their analytics but don't pay for hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize our social media feeds and increase our social media content.

Solid free scheduling platform

What do you like best about the product?
Low cost makes Hootsuite a preferred choice. It's also fairly easy to use and can accommodate a large number of accounts (very useful in an agency environment).
What do you dislike about the product?
Like other platforms, Hootsuite still requires you to post on Instagram live. (May be a requirement on Instagram's end.) Wish there was a better workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling a whole month's content ahead of time, not having to post daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Note that when scheduling to Facebook with multiple images it may create more than one post with an identical caption (not ideal).

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and engaging, with a whole set of social media management tools ready for comprehensive monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey for the advanced packages with more functionality. While the UI is intuitive, the publishing tools are not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media analytics and monitoring made easy through the functionality and tool set of Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Hootsuite. From its integration with MailChimp to the ability to track insights across all social networks. It's a perfect tool for social media optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing I can say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped fine tune our audience and their preferred content. It has helped us grow on every social network (twitter, Facebook and Instagram).

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post across all relevant social media sites is obviously the best part! Allows you to reach many audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit confusing. This is certainly to be expected when you are trying to post on many social media accounts but there is definitely a learning curve involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved was getting the word out about our organization to different groups of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and test if you like the interface. If you do, go with it! It works well once you know how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add an excel file that can automatically populate your Hootsuite posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the automation function only works for text-based social updates, when we need to include images, GIFs and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of the automated posting is the amount of time it saves when we are posting across multiple social media channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for text-based social media posts. Needs improvement if you are looking at posting lots of image or video based content. Also, they now no longer allow you to change your meta descriptions for Facebook, but Buffer does. So that is worth considering.

What do you like best about the product?
I've tried different social management tools in various positions I've held and clients that I've worked with, but I always find myself coming back to HootSuite. The layout is so easy to use and track. With the fast-paced world of social media, corporate/marketing teams want to be able to track and respond to social conversations ASAP, and HootSuite makes it so easy with it's multiple, customizable columns for multiple social channels. Scheduling posts ahead of time and going back and editing as needed is a simple process as well- great for teams needing one platform for collaboration across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had to contact customer support, but getting a response over email was a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is fantastic for all things social- from getting contact scheduled with much time in advance to monitoring conversations and analyzing success of individual social posts and campaigns. Hootsuite largely drove the success of my social campaign thanks to its easy and helpful platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended! Whether you're just looking for social analytics, or an all-encompassing social management tool, Hootsuite is the superior choice for all. So easy and great for companies with multiple projects going on.
