What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super user-friendly! Very easy to jump in and start scheduling and posting right away. I love the different features and tools, especially including national days on the calendar and AI caption options. The recommended times to post also seemed to be very accurate and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some compatibility issues sometimes with photos that I would upload through Hootsuite. The different aspect ratios or file size limitations were often different from the native platforms, so it was sometimes annoying to have to adjust my workflow for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to maintain and create a content calendar through Hootsuite, it helps keep me organized and give me ideas for future content through their calendar suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has one of the most straightforward interfaces of the software out there. It's easy to set up accounts and streams, and you have the ability to integrate with different platforms. It also has the feature for boosting posts and running ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has gone up significantly in the last few years, so it's a bigger expense for smaller organizations/member associations. I also have found the tagging/mentioning feature to be less robust than previous times.

With ads, Hootsuite gives them weird letter/number names that have to be manually changed in the native Meta platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps to have easy cross-posting and abilities to respond to activity within one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's bulk message uploader feature. We use sheets to manage content and this feature saves a lot of time and saves us from a lot of manual headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I wish they would add a media feature to their bulk uploader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is not just a tool for me but a team member. I fully depend on Hootsuite for our social media management from content creation to analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite because of its easy-to-use interface. I also really appreciate that it has a mobile app—it’s convenient to manage everything on the go. It’s been a great tool to help grow my social media accounts. Honestly, I would recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a downside, sometimes the app can lag a little. I also wish some features were more accessible without needing a paid plan. But overall, it's still one of my favorite tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule posts during the weekend since I have a busy week and make my job easier through cross-posting as well as analysing my post performance. The best part about it is that I can also plan for future posts with their post trend search

What do you like best about the product?
The inbox for DMs and public comments is very easy to use, filter etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors when posting to Instagram, so, you just have to ensure the post has gone live.

The inbox is a game changer. It is so easy to manage messages within multiple brands and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a solid and intuitive platform for managing multiple social media accounts in one place. The ability to schedule posts, makes it a reliable solution for digital marketing workflows. Its dashboard is user-friendly, and the reporting tools provide valuable insights for performance analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is an excellent tool overall, some of its AI features and advanced functionalities are not yet optimized for Spanish-speaking users. Language support can be limited, and certain AI-driven tools, like content recommendations or sentiment analysis, don't always perform accurately in Spanish. This creates challenges for teams working in Latin American or Spanish-language markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite primarily for scheduling and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, monitoring engagement and brand mentions, and generating performance reports. It's also helpful for managing collaborative workflows within our marketing team and ensuring consistent messaging across our communication channels.

Hootsuite has been a fantastic tool for us! Our only suggestion for enhancement would be the option to schedule posts to Google My Business simultaneously with other platforms. Beyond that, it's been an excellent experience!
