Ease of scheduling and posting to multiple channels at once

Have to manually remove shortened link from Facebook posts after the preview loads

It has helped in social media monitoring as a media person

HootSuite allows me to curate and schedule content across multiple channels for our business as well as clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add additional channels and get better analytics.

The ability to schedule and curate content in one place is a huge time saver for my Team!

When considering this tool, consider all the channels you will be managing. Be certain HootSuite will accommodate them all.

great for a part time worker to be able to keep a full time social media presence

What do you like best about the product?
I can access all social media accounts and control them from one dashboard which saves me lots of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a little bit confusing/could be cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can view engagement and posts/schedule posts for some networks in the dashboard and respond to followers and fans from one place instead of signing into various social media accounts.

Not so pretty looking, but anyway, it's ok ok

Allows multiple people from your organisation to manage the same accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various levels of pricing. As per my experience the tool is quite expensive for smaller businesses but if you have the budget Hootsuite can be extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Hootsuite tool i usually manage and schedule my post according to the social media effective time zone.

I love that this product is so easy to use and it's free!
What do you dislike about the product?
I could pay extra to publish content on multiple days, but like I said, I use the free feature. It's possible, which is the one thing I don't like about the free version.

The ease of navigating between the various accounts I manage.

Love it all! MY only suggestion would be to allow further customization of comparative dashboards.

Scheduling content across the many clients I have. The centralized dashboard allows me to save a large amount of time!
