What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling capabilities are great for what we need
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited analytics available at the lower payment tiers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule our social media promotions in advance is very helpful, especially since we have a very small team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how many platforms and users you'll need to use before committing to a price model

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows for a very strategic approach to social media marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integrated targeting capabilities and more social media platforms added to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning to reach the right people at the right time without having to remember to hit live at that moment is very beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow yourself to trial out the product. Once you give it a chance, you'll understand the immense capabilities and offerings that will help drive your business goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can monitor all posts and feeds on one screen. It allows me to see and monitor which post is getting the most interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cant break out a single post into column and monitor just that feed for interaction. The real time updates of feeds sometimes make it hard to find posts I want to go back and check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being better at maintaining all social platforms. When you can cross post more efficiently you don't forget about one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can publish and manage multiple social media channels from one place. It makes to easy to not have to go from tab to tab and I can schedule tweets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems a bit steep for the abilities you have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our insights and analytics and be able to schedule posts when our audience will see them!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want one place to manage all of your social media hubs, this is the program to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's column feature. It allows me to easily see conversations, mentions, and keep up with my keyword searches. I also love that I can do a geolocation search. This is especially helpful when there is an event going on in my area that I want to keep up with what people are saying about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite insights are not mobile friendly. That would be extremely beneficial for me when I am working events and still need to keep tabs on certain situations that need to be monitored more carefully. I also wish that I could do more with Instagram on Hootsuite. Some of the data you can get in Instagram's app is not available on Hootsuite, and it would be really helpful to have all of that data in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps my team and I schedule content for Facebook and Twitter - which definitely helps our workload. We also use this tool when creating social media reports. It has been really beneficial for us to collect data and be able to report to others how our content is performing.

There is nothing that I dislike. It serves all my work needs.

I am able to post more frequently and post across multiple social media platforms at the same time, saving me time.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite provides a customized dashboard and has the ability to manage many different social networks in one place. We can review responses, schedule post updates, interact with your customer on social media. The best part of it is we can manage everything from a single dashboard like twitter messages, twitter feed, Content scheduling etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaborative teams feature, is relatively expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to manage Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus etc. Offers a useful monitoring service that shows you replies, mentions and direct messages from all networks in one dashboard.

Managing Social Engagements Has Never Been Easier

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that there are no time constraints - I can plan out entire months of social posts and engagements easily and effectively in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit more integration with current events and alerts set up to inform you a post may not be the right fit during a political/national event (like when a natural disaster occurs, social postings should be dropped accordingly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to streamline our days and months. Instead of having to stop twice a day to post on all platforms, we have one assigned employee to organize everything at the beginning of the month and take a day to get everything set up. This way, we can focus on the work at hand on a daily basis. Also, this helps us stay on top of the various clients we have and their ongoing promotions.
