Almost perfect Twitter Client

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuites 4 column UI, it is a great interface and if you have many followers it's an easy way to manage the tweets and people that you need to attend to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite isn't so great when it comes to composing a tweet, I wish it had an algorithm to assist you in which hashtags, images etc to use to gain the largest amount of impressions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned Hootsuite is great about addressing and prioritizing tweets especially those in which maybe you don't want public, or you need to attend to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not the only Twitter client you will need but if you are looking for a great software to aide you in running and managing interactions on Twitter I would high suggest using Hootsuite.

Good for scheduling, a bit useless for everything else

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have the function to create a schedule for your posts; mostly instagram -- which doesn't currently have a future post scheduling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is not completely a "set it and forget it" sort of software. What it helps with is giving you a nudge, content-pre-loaded, but you still need to, on your mobile device, approve and post the message when that time hits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem I try to solve using Hootsuite is instagram's solely mobile function; it allows me to type up all content (on desktop/laptop) and schedule ahead of time. All other features are that great.

Hootsuite is a great Marketing Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Hootsuite is the ability to prepare draft communications and schedule months in advance. Time is always of the essence, and Hootsuite helped me develop tweets and Facebook posts effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I encounter with Hootsuite is the inability to schedule one post for multiple days. This may not be an issue for users using the premium version, but working as a volunteer at a small literary magazine, we can't always afford the opportunity to splurge on tools, so we make do with what we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One primary solution with Hootsuite is that we are able to connect with our readers on a large scale, and plan posts around certain times of the day to reach more viewers.

Usable but hard to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule mass posts long in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is harder to navigate, especially as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my job we were struggling with sending out a live feed on facebook, hootsuite made it easier for us to share a direct link to our live feeds automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see our social activity at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive, user-friendly product I've ever used. It's occasionally buggy, and the bulk uploader is tricky and ineffective. The metrics also aren't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows us to share social duties across our team, which is great! It's great once you get your dashboard customized and can easily scan activity across social channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate against what you need. If analytics are a priority, for example, or bulk uploading, this may not be the best option.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms. If you are posting the same thing, all you do is check the box next to each platform (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it posts as from Hootsuite so sometimes those posts are not prioritized and do not always appear in followers news feeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gave us the ability to easily schedule, track and analyze our posts. We have not used it as much as we used to because our posts did not perform as well as when we posted directly through the social media outlets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to use a tool like Hootsuite, consider utilizing ads or paying to bump posts that you want to be more visible. You can also push for interactions which will help boost the posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to schedule social media posts in advance. The software is very intuitive to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how expensive the analytics reports are. I would have bought more reports had they been more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time by scheduling posts in advance and have more free time on weekends now. Before I would have to work on Saturday and Sunday mornings to post things to Facebook and Instagram. Now I don't even have to think about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the mobile app. It's as easy to use as the website.

Hootsuite for great Social Media Content Planning

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar scheduling function. I am a visual person, seeing my planed posts on a calendar is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar scheduling function is only available for paid subscribers. Also, they are making changes to that you can no longer choose the featured photo when pushing a URL link to Facebook. The first indexed image is often awful, and will not get me the response I desire!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling. The benefits are seeing better response/reach due to being able to use analytics in posting at specific times/dates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite for its simple and to-the-point user interface. It's easy to drag photos and select multiple accounts to post to at the same time, this is especially helpful when managing accounts for business' that have multiple locations but wish to share some of the same content across their location's pages and varying social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike HootSuite's mobile app as it is constantly crashing and loading slowly. This is especially annoying since the interface is required in order to schedule and post Instagram posts. I also wish there were an option to export analytics in the view that is first displayed with the more visual representation in addition to the standard graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all accounts in one place is incredibly convenient when monitoring and creating posts for several accounts.I have been able to save a lot of time by scheduling posts weeks or even months ahead of time, it also provides a visual model that is easy to understand. It also makes it easier to monitor hashtags, follow users to grow a specific audience, and monitor other social pages. The auto schedule feature is also a great benefit and has worked well for me.
