Reliable and Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Never have had any issues. Honestly, only need a couple of the simple features to accomplish everything I need to. Clean feed. Simplicity. My favorite of all social media management platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the publisher doesn't pull the meta data, which can be a time-eating problem. But I notice the other platforms do this too, so I feel like it's not totally Hootsuite's issue. I wish the Pinterest feature was a bit smoother, but you have to use 3rd party apps to post, which means more subscriptions and more money. Not super ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to schedule out all of our messages in advance and save tons of time. We can see what our feeds look like before, after, and in the present.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All the social media management platforms are pretty similar in features, analytics, and publishing. Choose whichever makes you feel most comfortable. Don't see a huge difference and I've used SproutSocial, Buffer, and Hootsuite - so just give the free trials a try and see which feels right.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to access all of your social media profiles in one convenient place. You can set alerts, monitor interactions and topics, and schedule your posts to all or select accounts all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better tracking of trending topics and articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easier to post from and monitor all accounts in one spot.
Overused complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I loved being able to set aside time and schedule posts for my social Media sites all at once

It's was complicated. And Facebook started hiding the scheduled pists

I didn't have no engagement on a certain day because I forgot to post
Easy to manage social accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I am fond of the ability to schedule posts, as well as see the pasts posts. Hootsuite has a way of showing you shares that Facebook does not, being more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the current visual setup, it just seems kind of bulky and outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts is necessary for my job, and makes everything easier to get ahead.

It's a great program for the price and ease of use.

I enjoy the ability to organize a dashboard for each organization to contain only the platforms for that organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about the analytics and reports because it seems as though you have to pay per report rather than a lump sum for unlimited reports. I may not fully understand the use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management of social media platforms. It is beneficial to schedule out certain posts ahead of time. I would like to use it more for report gathering, but it is expensive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product for scheduling, but using the analytic and reporting is a little confusing and seems to cost extra. It is free to use this product if you only use 3 profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly easy to set up and use the dashboard to initiate the initial settings
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike !! It just works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me tons of time by autoposting and bookmarking my social activity. Everything I need is right there to virtually automate everything you do in relation social posting and bookmarking.

Hootsuite is life changing
What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless and easy to use. Whether you're managing one platform or multiple platforms across various accounts, Hootsuite is the best tool on the market to get your content out there. I loved using it to plan social content for the week/month. It took a few hours out of my day versus many hours out of my week. I also loved how the platform allowed you to select your timeframes, based on your personal analytics. It helped me to better decipher when the best times to post were given my audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is disliked is that some social channels are harder to use than others. For instance, posting to Instagram isn't as seamless as posting to Twitter because you can plan a post but still have to utilize other steps to prepare and ultimately post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the most seamless way to create and archive social content. For those who are managing and monitoring social media (whether its one platform or multiple), there isn't a better tool on the market that will help you organize, prepare and send out your social content. When combined with analytics, it also helps you to be a better curator as you can begin to study when your prime posting times are.

Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple social media account with multiple teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile platform is less than desirable. I still have to use my computer to schedule social media posts - it's odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to connect with our members in real time. The multiple-user function has also eliminated a lot of cross-communication issues.
