Useful for social media management with some limitations

I like the simplicity of how to use it. They do not over complicate things.

I wish they allowed for auto instagram posting and scheduling retweets for future times.

Hootsuite for small business
What do you like best about the product?
I have always liked hootsuites user experience as far as a platform goes. It is helpful in monitoring engagement and listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard can get messy fast, I don't like scheduling things in hootsuite because it can hurt reach and it tags hootsuite (or used to).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficieny in monitoring engagement, for the most part
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's for a small business, I'd use it for monitoring social media only. I like to schedule posts natively within platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Hootsuite you can manage multiple accounts and streams in one view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I felt I had an issue with was the accounts connections on the admin side of the software. If an account password was changed and the account was no longer activated - with multiple accounts of the same social platform, you had to click through them all to figure out which one needed the assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple platforms for branding. This software made it easy to be able to schedule, post and monitor your accounts.
Great tool to manage all social channels
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is that you can view a stream of all of your social channels in real time. There are other tools out there that don't allow you to do this. Also, I really like how there is the ability to schedule social posts to LinkedIn Groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the part I would dislike is that you can only add a few social channels with the free plan. If you want to add various social streams to Hootsuite you must upgrade. It would also be nice if there were some better analytics functionality with the free user plan rather than having to upgrade to pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest business problems we are solving is savings in time. Before using Hootsuite, we would have to post our social posts manually instead of scheduling the posts for the week.
Great social media marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite for small and medium projects with little complexity. It's ideal for scheduling posts on many channels, create the editorial calendar and put together all the channels in one place. It's very easy to set up and to use. I would say that it's the best tool for most companies and projects. I also like that you can create projects and assign tasks to your team and you can create different permissions levels to your team, which helps you to have everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening feature is very limited and the reporting tools available at the moment are not enough for an all-in-one solution. I had some problems with Youtube authentication as well and the support team is not able to fix it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's ideal for live events coverages and has helped me a lot to monitor what people are talking at the event. But what has helped most is its app, where I can keep up with everything that is going on wherever I am. It has saved me a lot of time and I can focus on other more important stuff to do with this time saved and improve my strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking only for an analytical tool, is better you get a free trial before commit for a long term. With the free trial, you will see if it's enough to you.

I love this social media scheduling tool. It makes creating a content calendar very easy and let's you spread out your content. I also like that it has a Google Chrome shortcut, which makes it even easier to post content and articles that work with your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only have three accounts connected within the free version.

Needed a single dashboard to manage multiple brands, multiple platforms, and otganizarjon of posting schedule. Hootsuite did this relatively well at a good price.
Hootsuite consolidates it all in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can manage multiple social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit clunky. It does not take advantage of OSX's fluidity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see all of my streams in a single screen.
