What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Hootsuite allows you to schedule the same post across multiple platforms and edit each caption for the specific platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Hootsuite's interface to be outdated, and I wish you could see a dashboard of analytics more easily without having to create specific reports that are automatically saved. It's also frustrating that the analytics don't always match those of the native platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on days when I will be off, tracking analytics. Both help me save time and communicate my successes to others in the company.

Makes scheduling posts easy

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to be able to preplan and schedule posts well into the future across a variety of platforms and then check out pertinent data to assess your results. It's fairly user-friendly and makes internal review simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent "issues" that come up with posting problems and failures. The tech support via chat doesn't actually work and requires back and forth via email which makes troubleshooting and problem-solving very slow and laborious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for posting across multiple platforms well into the future.

Simplifies Social Media Management Like a Pro

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple social media accounts from one central dashboard. I love the ability to schedule posts in advance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I also like the insights it provides and that also allows me to post on TikTok. Customer suppor has quick response, the platform updates constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m disappointed that I can’t schedule posts across multiple X (formerly Twitter) accounts simultaneously. It takes more time when I need to post the same content across multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media platforms in one place, without the need of signing up individually in each account.

Report can we drawn up quickly, I can always review my progress and performance every week

I dont like the user friendly part, I cant load stories and reels , I always have to use meta instead but I am paying you

Make it user friendly and easy to access things like posting stories also have live streaming options

What do you like best about the product?
I like the deep analytics that it provides for a different social channels is all at one place. It also gives me recommendations to help with my strategies and planning. Love the inbuilt automation feature, making it easier to automate comments and the inbuilt AI copywriter for curating captions. An add-on is that we can run ads on the same platform and track all the metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing it too high and prefer and lower price for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help connecting all platforms in one place and reduces time in publishing content on different platforms at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts across multiple accounts at once has saved me alot of time considering we have 80+ stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a bit laggy and slow when posting across multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
From my perspective, what I like best about Hootsuite is the ability to post something across multiple platforms with one click. Additionally, the ability to schedule posts for the future is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Hootsuite. We've been using it for years and find it to be very helpful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us to post photos and articles on various social media platforms with one click. This makes utilizing social media for our office more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts really easy. I love how I can schedule posts ahead of time, which helps me stay organized and consistent.

Some of the more advanced features are only available on paid plans, which can be frustrating for smaller teams or individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything for all my social platforms in one place. Especially having it all on one calendar. It makes it easy to take a look at everything we have upcoming and make sure it's all on-schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we'll have an account get disconnected, but that's usually due to something on the social platform's side, not Hootsuite's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep all our social media planning sorted and organized in one place (vs. having a ton of different tabs open) is wonderful.
