What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule, publish, and monitor all of the posts I put out for all of the pages I manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to see Facebook page reviews and a way to listen for certain keywords or hashtags like you can on the Twitter and Instagram streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage dozens of social media accounts. This helps me see all of the pages at once so I don't miss anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very good tool for Social Media and consolidating the flow of information. I've used it often and it compliments my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates my information flow so that it is more manageable and helps me get back time in my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it and it will help get back some of your time in the day because of it's usefulness.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to follow influencers and hashtags and to post to our various social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy when posting to social channels aside from Twitter (particularly LinkedIn).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media monitoring, social media posting (especially to Twitter).

A great way to keep social media scheduled in advance

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule social media posts to multiple platforms, such as instagram, facebook, and twitter months in advance. It is also useful to see what fans are posting on your pages so you can get an idea of how people feel about your brand. I make different tabs to monitor different things, such as comments on my photos, likes, and a feed with people who have mentioned my company name in a hash tag. These tabs allow you to stay very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on the phone app can be a little bit buggy sometimes. For example, sometimes the notification doesn't pop up on my phone to remind me that I scheduled the Instagram post. The phone app is basically only for Instagram, so all the other scheduled posts are fine with posting themselves as scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping myself more organized by using Hootsuite to schedule social media posts in advance. Hootsuite has helped me to save a LOT of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for social media post planning in advance and it is also helpful for keeping up with what people are posting to your social media pages. You can create a variety of tabs to monitor different areas, such as who liked your photos, who commented on your photos, who recently liked or disliked your page, and there are a large variety of analytics reports available too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Hootsuite. It is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is not very visually appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to not be on Twitter 24/7 by scheduling tweets. That's a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto scheduling feature will post your content at the time that your audience is most active. Scheduling posts is also very handy! I makes it easier to monitor what others are saying about your brand on social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to post to Pinterest. I wish you could see what the auto scheduling time will be when you plan the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users scheduling posts to multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
for someone who is busy and has to do other work, this is a great social media tool. I love that it lets you pre-plan all your week's posts and sync them across all social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much!!! Maybe that it's paid? Anything free would be better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a few of us on the social media team share one account- we are able to each go in, add things, edit posts and update content from anywhere. Additionally, it streamlines the posting process on busier days!

What do you like best about the product?
That I can add all of my social media accounts into one website and work on them through Hootsuite. I love scheduling posts for all of my accounts, which Hootsuite allows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is somehow pricy. There are other competitors out their that could offer cheaper services. The services are also basic, which competitors are offering as well. However, since its simple to use, I believe Hootsuite has a competitive advantage over others, which is why I used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving time management by posting social media posts in advance through all of my business channels. In the past, I had to log in to each account to make sure I had posts scheduled for all of our social media accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hootsuite for startups and companies that are keen on not spending a lot of money in the beginning. Hootsuite works great for startups.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite lets you sync several platforms, which is definitely a bonus. You don't have to use different platforms to reach all social media accounts like you have to with others. You can also see all of your tabs in one place and switching between them is easy enough. There's also tons of apps you can install to help monitor different social media accounts attached to your HootSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs (extra) money to run some reports and even to use more than just the basic plan, especially if you have more than a couple of users (several thousands of dollars).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer use HootSuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out your alternatives, especially if you need it for multiple users and cannot afford the pricey team package.

What do you like best about the product?
I like scheduling and being able to see the full calendar of our organization's posts across all social media platforms within one interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the platform is sometimes slow and unresponsive to clicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple social media stakeholders be able to schedule and view content within the same platform for a relatively low price.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While we're a non-profit and haven't moved over to their Enterprise edition, I have spoken and done demo's with their sales team. The services offered look top notch and would be effective additions to our strategy if we were to incorporate it into our budget.
