What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of this software is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you're already familiar with how different social media platforms perform, it can be tricky to understand when the best time to post is/what site is best suited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows much more time for other tasks. Rather than having someone tweet every few hours, we can schedule in advance. It allows for more organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the perfect platform to use if you're a one-woman marketing department. I trust that my company's posts will always be shared on time and in the correct format... which is just as important.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a fault of LinkedIns, but I wish I could post on LinkedIn via Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving a lot of time and hassle by not having to go to each individual social media website to post updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're constantly on-the-go and don't have time to sit there and schedule all of your tweets, facebook posts and Instagram pictures, Hootsuite is the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Hootsuite was the ability to see all of my social media forums across one platform. This helped me track information that I needed to know, as well as to integrate different social media platforms when communicating the same message across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many features of Hootsuite that I disliked. Perhaps one negative aspect of Hootsuite is that the free version can only be operated by one person, and only allows for three social media platforms. While this limitation has minimal effect on personal use, it makes Hootsuite less attractive for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite reduces the amount of time spent working with social media, freeing time for more important tasks. While social media is a necessity for most businesses, the time put into maintaining those accounts doesn't always readily show positive results, which often discourages users from maintaining accounts. Hootsuite provides a hassle-free system for updating, maintaining, and keeping current on social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking at Hoostsuite for professional purposes as a small company, you will have to consider whether or not the cost of the plan is effective for you. It really comes down to how integral social media is to your company. If your company finds great benefit in social media and constantly uses platforms like Facebook and Twitter, Hootsuite is likely a good option for you. However, if you only make weekly posts, or less, then it may not be worth the cost.
Hootsuite: A Must for Twitter
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite make it easy to manage all aspects of Twitter in one fell swoop. You're able to see your newsfeed, interactions with other users, follow certain hashtags, see how tweets are performing, manage multiple accounts and more all on one condensed interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be careful when you're typing out tweets. I tend to write and schedule a lot of tweets at once, and if you're not careful, it can be easy to send out an unfinished tweet or send something automatically when it was meant to be posted later. Also, because of all the information on one screen, it is not as clean-looking as other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple accounts in one program. Having everything on one screen eliminates time squandered moving back and forth between different screens or open tabs. Scheduling tweets ahead of time eliminates missing key opportunities or having to be tied to the Twitter accounts around the clock.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers links to the top 3 sites. Others often restrict posts to only Facebook and Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not as intuitive as advertised. There are almost too many choices for streams and posting. I would prefer to have a cleaner look with a better navigational flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto-posting of Tweets and LinkedIn posts to keep a campaign going even if I'm not online.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post content to more than 40 clients at the same time and schedule them out days in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there isn't an Undo button or a quick Edit All to be able to edit or delete particular posts in a stream at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm ensuring efficiency. I've made more time for myself to work on other things by the efficiency of scheduling social media content.

Hootsuites ability to show analytics for a variety of social media platforms through standardized metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to schedule the posting of an Instagram post that contains multiple images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easier to post over the weekend and on holidays. It has also helped us gain a better understanding of what content our demo prefers.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature is my favorite part. It is very easy and makes things much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are limited. You do not get a whole lot which makes things difficult to analyze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posting and scheduling. I am able to see all my scheduled posts for the week and have them post automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The analytics are limited, but it is good for posting. A little confusing at first, but very easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Great for cross platform postings
What do you like best about the product?
If youd like automation in planning social media posts, look no further. With this program, you can plan multiple posts across numerous platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook has updated to the point where you can do this on their page and cross post to twitter. I wish you could personalize each message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching numerous audiences with a click of the button is easily achieved. The benefits is a streamlined process.
