Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love hootsuite. It was so helped when i was working as a Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit. We needed to post content everyday on twitter, instagram, and facebook. Hootsuite made my life so much easier. I would schedule my content and it was distribute at the time i wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that I was unable to use hootsuite for Instagram (it did not allow me to schedule),
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saved me alot of time and effort. Also over the weekend, i did not need to worry about posting content. i was do it during the week and schedule it to post on the weekend.

Google authenticator to install app on mobile devices. Difficult to manage if you work on a staff

Easier sentiment analisys, better engagement based on real time comments

I don't have any dislikes about hootsuite. I actually love it better than having to go to each platform to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule Instagram posts using the Hootsuite app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it to schedule other types of social... seems like Facebook and Twitter prefer their own publishing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to populate Instagram posts that ordinarily wouldn't get made if we had to do it in real time at a busy nonprofit.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage all of my social media accounts via one app. Instead of wasting time posting the same thing across the various social media platforms, I can quickly do one post to all 3 platforms. The ability to engage with my consumers and be able to follow my mentions online is critical. The analytics that Hootsuite provides is unmatched in this industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I post to Facebook, the Hootsuite logo/brand name shows up on my posts. My consumers have asked me what Hootsuite is, and when I explain it to them, it seems as if they think I'm "cheating." They have felt that I may be a "robot" and am not a real person doing the posting. Some consumers find it to be unauthentic and not genuine, when in fact it is just the opposite. I'm more engaged that ever with my consumers when I use Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the social media process. Social media is essential these days, and it allows me to stay in touch with my consumers. Hootsuite allows me to monitor my mentions, which lets me know just how well something is working that I may be trying out. I used to use hashtags to do this, but Hootsuite is so much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend starting right away. Consumers are out there and online - you need to reach them as soon as possible! Hootsuite really has changed my small business into a thriving business.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling made easy, which has been the most helpful for me. I like the newsfeed dashboard, though I don't use it much and wish you could distinguish each feed a bit more. The analytics portion is great! While I wish it displayed Twitter impressions, almost every other metric is available and you can customize it visually however you'd like. Great for reporting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram scheduling isn't really a scheduling tool. It's a larger issue with Instagram, but still wish it could be part of the tool. Twitter impressions are missing from the reporting, which is odd given those are readily available in the Twitter API. Sometimes the dashboards are cluttered and there's no way to distinguish between feeds easily. This could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media community management, analytics. The tool has really made our time more efficiently spent with these features and we gain a lot of great insight from the monitoring.

I love how you can create all the content in one platform for all clients

The links are no longer able to be shortened through Hootsuite.

It helps keeps our business organized and all clients together.

Bring back the link shortening feature.

I enjoy the ability to do so much from one screen. It’s helpful when working with several platforms at once.

I dislike the old-style look of the backend of Hootsuite. They need to invest in making it more modern.

We’re able to schedule postings, monitor pages and see real-time results which has given us a better understanding of our fans and followers.
