User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate throughout the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little basic for a bigger company. More companies give more specific data than Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of time and being able to post everything and see it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule all my posts for the different channels in one place for the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Instagram posts can only be scheduled through Hootesuite mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not noticed any problems.

I love the group posting ability & scheduling.

Style of the website isn't attrative or very user friendly.

Great service if you can afford the yearly fee, only good for Twitter
What do you like best about the product?
I have all of my clients on Hootsuite and manage their Twitter accounts on their. It is nice to have everything in one place, and to be able to plan out material or schedule material for my clients. I also like being able to shorten links on articles and have the ability to see what I scheduled and the timeline. Also, the interface is very easy to use and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the software was more compatible with Instagram so I schedule posts in advanced. I also dislike the pricing of their packages. Pretty steep asking price for an app that is becoming irrelevant, since so many social media outlets are already offering services to schedule in advanced. I personally like Facebook's interface a lot better. I also don't like that posts attribute to Hootsuite, no one cares, but it makes my social media pages look weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to plan things in advance, and get things done in a short amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't pay for the paid version, unless you absolutely need too.
Easy to Manage Multiple Accounts at Once
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and sync multiple accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Free feature only lets you sync 3 pages at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple posts a day has become much easier to manage. You can schedule a post and forget about it, making it easy to post things when you think about them but have them officially post at a later time. Easy to manage multiple pages as well.
Good tool for multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can view scheduled posts for multiple social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the user interface. It is unappealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I shorten urls via hootsuite, which are more appleaing looking than other url shorteners.
Great Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides our marketing team a platform where we can schedule our social posts, see analytics, and have a nice dashboard displaying our activity. It allows us to collaborate and schedule around other team member's posts extremely easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare moments, Hootsuite can be a little glitchy when it comes to publishing social posts one after another but honestly, it isn't that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time and effort by combining our social posts and analytics in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hootsuite as a social media platform tool. It is easy to use but has all the features one could want in a tool like this.

The ease of logging into a single source for engaging with all of my social media platforms.

Having so few channel slots available without paying for a subscription.
