What do you like best about the product?
Automatically posts for most part. Simple and clean layout, easy to use, easy to organize
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have full reporting with basic, must purchase premium. Does not post automatically for Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts that will automatically post by themselves. Saves time

What do you like best about the product?
I love the premium version of Hootsuite. Where you can schedule using a month by month calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the free version or the app. I do not like how in order to post to instagram it copy and pastes it for you instead of directly posting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement. Being able to schedule posts has been so useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how you can manage multiple networks all from one place. All of the important functions work seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cannot add geolocation to Instagram posts, and can't make certain adjustments to posts. There are bugs frequently- a scheduled post won't go through, or a saved draft will disappear. I also don't like how the posts seem to reach a smaller audience on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to schedule posts for multiple platforms and collaborate with a team to make decisions on the posts. We definitely maximize time and efficiency by using Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at other programs as well to get a better sense of what is the best fit for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool for social media marketers because it allows you to schedule posts to numerous platforms in advance. This helps make your work day efficient and makes running an effective social media marketing campaign for your business, easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that hootsuite doesn't have a scheduling program for Pinterest. I definitely think adding the platform to the scheduling software is something to consider and something that would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite benefits a business by again, creating efficiency for all social media marketing practices and also by providing an easy to use space for monitoring analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it makes everything work together seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to tweak what I want to post on different media outlets and it's a little bit tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker to post to all media outlets. We cover more bases by posting to multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that you can connect twitter, facebook and the idea of instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram is not a direct link. You type your message in Hootsuite, it sends a message to your phone and you still have to manually publish it to the instagram account from your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business feature allows you to map out what messages go when. This has helped with each of the campaigns we are working on. Also, having analytics readily available in a programmable, downloadable format is extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are solely using twitter and facebook, this program is excellent. If you wish to also incorporate other feeds into your social media campaigns, you may look into other options.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has a clean design that allows you to have an eye on all of your feeds at the same time.
Its scheduler is also helpful in staggering posts and all in the all, the free and basic versions provide the usability you might need for an organization with very simple social media requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an absolute nuisance that Hootsuite is not enabled for Instagram. The reminder it provides is ridiculous and needs to be improved. In today's social media world I should not have to use more than one system to fulfill all my content management requirements. I also would like it if you were able to manage Company pages on LinkedIn using Hootsuite.
I doubt I'll be with Hootsuite for much longer at this rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides the very basic problem of posting across several channels. It is a time-saving benefit, but considering that Facebook itself is enabled for scheduling even that is no longer a plus for what our organization needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a thorough assessment of your organization's social media needs before choosing Hootsuite. If you won't be posting across two or more accounts and you use Instagram and LinkedIn more often than Facebook, Pinterest or Google+ Hootsuite might not be the program for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I set up a dashboard for myself so that I can see exactly what I want to see on social media. Then when I log in once or twice a day, I can review the posts I need to see, and schedule the posts that I need to share. It keeps social media from taking over my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usability isn't always great. I've gotten frustrated trying to reorganize my dashboard before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that after I do a post, it will keep posting for me months and even years later. I'm all about optimizing all of my efforts, so I like that the work is spread out and will continue to work over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the layout, i think it's a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized the importance of setting up a campaign once, and letting it post for me everyday. It frees up a lot of time.

It's a great place to make your work load lighter with social media posting!

Complete tool for social media

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can monitor multiple social accounts in a multitude of ways. For example you can keep track of #s, mentions, and @ replies for a single account, all on one screen. I also like the analytics features. I struggled to find a service that would let me control the time frame of the reporting to my specifications. Hootsuite allows you to toggle the timeframe as well as eliminate some social networks from the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot schedule Instagram posts without needing to go in and manually post them. I know this is something to do with Instagram, but Hootsuite should try to work something out with them. I don't like that you cant upload videos that are longer than 1 minute for Instagram. Once it gets to my phone, I will be able to edit the video to a shorter length -- I don't have the ability on my computer. I also wish the posting window was more user friendly -- it keeps disappearing when I move my mouse away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows multiple people to post to all of our business platforms without overlapping on scheduled posts -- you can see what is scheduled when and by whom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use different avatars for each social network -- the dropdown can be a but busy at first glance and having different icons really helps users quickly identify social networks.
