Scalable and reliable for client businness marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hootsuite is how it lets us monitor all social activity in one dashboard . And helped us in scheduling posts to replying to messages. It's also helpful to see performance metrics side by side, so we could quickly tell what's working. The team collaboration features make it easier for everyone to stay in sync, especially when switching multiple campaigns. Also its customer service was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app feels limited, especially when trying to edit or reschedule posts on the go. This part can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple client accounts used to be messy , logging in and out, tracking content separately, and missing scheduled posts. Hootsuite fixed that by letting us plan, publish, and monitor everything from one place. It’s helped reduce errors, saved hours each week, and made collaboration between our team and clients much smoother.
A very clean UI and efficient tool for Social Media Analytics & Listening
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics feature which lets me deep dive on the analytics on my social brand accounts. It gives me a detailed understanding of how my social profiles have performed all at one place. It also provides me listening which lets me understand customer sentiments. Overall I love the features that it provides which makes my job easier and also while creating reports. The UI is also very clean and makes it very east to access all features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I don't like about Hootsuite is that it is sometimes slow and takes time to respond to DMs and also doesn't show older messages and sync with instagram profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me analyse deeper into my profiles all at one places and gives me a deeper understanding of how I can make better content, It helps me post all my content at one place without needing to go to different platforms and create posts. Makes my life very easy.
Best for social media campaign and analytics tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a excellent for our social media management. I really liked it feature to schedule posts across multiple platforms from a single dashboard saves us a significant amount of time. The analytics feature provides clear insights into our performance, helped us in improving our strategies effectively. Also the user interface makes it easy for new team members to get up to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite covers most of what we need, the pricing can climb fast as you add users or need more features. Its value for money though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, managing social media for multiple clients meant switching between apps, juggling calendars, and missing optimal post times. Now, we can plan, schedule, and track everything from one place, which has made our workflow smoother and much faster. It’s especially helpful for handling multiple brands — we can monitor engagement, respond to messages, and keep content flowing without chaos. It’s made our social team more efficient and less stressed.
Likely as a good as competitor platforms, but still has quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to export data and information for my accounts or different searches. Up until recently with new changes to Reddit's API, we were able to export social listening data which was extremely valuable to monitor brand sentiment and mitigate potential crises. I reach out to customer support quite often and they're usually pretty fast to response. I also like that we could create a branded custom ow.ly link.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of issues and quirks. I feel like I face a lot of errors like posts not publishing, not be able to load a post, or glitches/bugs with the platform. The mobile app isn't that good, and it's difficult to use the platform from a browser on your phone. I wish I could post without it having it be a minimum of 5 minutes out (so if it's 10:32 and I want to post, I could either post now or at 10:40 but no sooner).

Posting to multiple accounts, custom branded links, consolidated analytics, link data, social media monitoring and listening
A concise marketing tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a strong tool for any business marketer as you can schedule and regiment post across all social media platforms making rollouts, announcements, or even just routine posts very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Hootsuite is its lean into AI, I believe AI is harmful to marketing and is a business that should always have a human touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue Hootsuite solves for me is that I can post on all social media accounts from one website instead of having to go in-between them all.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to pre-schedule posts several months out. I also love the new feature that suggests text edits with different tones/lengths/calls to action based on the platform I am using. I have a tiny marketing team (myself and one other person) for a mid-size nonprofit agency, and using Hootsuite really helps us to operate more efficiently and get the most bang for our buck when it comes to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't too many downsides but looking to the future, if Hootsuite and Canva could integrate with each other, that would make my job even easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to create a comprehensive social media calendar across all of my organization's service lines. It also enables me to report on quarterly/annual social media metrics for my senior management and board. I truly would not have time to do all of this manually.
Mostly Good, Some Tweaks Could Make it Great
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to write and modify captions for multiple social media platforms in the "Create Post" interface. I also like that I can post directly to my organization's social media platforms from Hootsuite. I use Hootsuite 4-5 times a week, depending on my work schedule, so I use it a fair amount, I would say. It is also fairly easy to reconnect accounts when they get disconnected (for whatever reason.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite did not give me warnings about video aspect ratios for videos I post to Facebook. I suspect the warning that pops up and prevents me from posting is BS because I can post just fine with the exact same video file, directly on Meta Business Center/Facebook. I also do not like how posting images to Instagram will automatically apply the square crop to 4:5 aspect ratio images/graphics I use. This forces me to click on each individual image (for instance, in a carousel) and apply the correct crop setting.
I also wish I did not get logged out so easily, and that there weren't annoying pop-ups that got in the way of the actual site features.

I was a little confused when building my own reports at first. I wish I could customize them more.

Social Media on demand-in your hand
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's mobile capabilities and that I can access my drafts easily from my phone to post what I've planned ahead of the event I'm sharing with my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I'm unable to edit my caption for Twitter, and that I have to post twice to submit to my social channels. That's where it's not as user-friendly!

It allows for easy management across our different pages and has made it easy for co-managers to log in and access their pages.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes scheduling simple, allows us to plan ahead and manage posting across multiple channels with ease. You can tailor the content for the channel, something invaluable. The analytics is a fantastic tool for aggregating information from lutiple accounts to get an overview of our social performance as a whole. They also offer amazing non profit pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intermittent performance issues where typing is very laggy, and a lack of support for some features across different socials meaning you have to do PDF uploads to LinkedIn manually for example.

Unified sheduling across channels and scheduling ahead of time. Saves time, and aids planning.
