Hootsuite is amazing for managing social acccounts
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for years and it is one of the best products to manage multiple streams for an account as well as manage the social for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a bit clunky, and I wish it was native, not just browser based!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building influencer relationships, and in the past we have done this to cross promote marketing collateral.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely give it a shot. There are few other products at this pricepoint that do the same.
Hootsuite allows us to be more productive
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows our small team to be more productive and schedule many of our messages in advance. It allows us to strategize as a group, but the scheduling features are outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Through my experience with our team, we have not found anything we dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving strategy and time management concerns and issues.
Great social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for Twitter, particularly the stream feature. It's very helpful to be able to monitor different hashtags, your outgoing messages, and mentions, all in the same dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I wish the more basic subscriptions of Hootsuite had is an approval system. This is largely why I chose a different management system this time around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite's greatest asset to me was easily scheduling tweets and monitoring engagement for multiple twitter accounts.
Hootsuite for Social Media Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about using Hootsuite for scheduling and monitoring was BY FAR the bulk uploading option for Twitter (and Facebook)
What do you dislike about the product?
There really wasn't anything that i disliked about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I states above, monitoring and scheduling social media was made so much easier while using Hootsuite. Being able to bulk upload and then see all of the market posts on one page was extremely helpful.
Great way to manage social media presence
What do you like best about the product?
I like that this is an easy platform to integrate and streamline all your social media presences, and that you can schedule for posts to happen any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hootsuite chrome extension is not as helpful as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to line up and schedule social media posts in advance and map out our trajectory.

Makes things easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like HootSuite for linking pages and blogs together. I run a blog, and I have a Facebook page for my blog. Before I discovered HootSuite, I was constantly copying and pasting from one to the other. It was frustrating. Now, with HootSuite, I can link them and have my blog posts share directly to my Facebook page for my followers to see. It drives traffic to both pages, which works for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is that HootSuite is still a little confusing to me. I'm still learning how to use certain aspects of the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to link my blog and Facebook page to drive more traffic to both. It's beneficial in that my blog followers can go to my Facebook page, and the people who like my Facebook page can be directed to my blog.
Helps manage accounts with a lot to track
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to manage a rolling series of tweets and stay tuned into special interest areas of social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling posts could be easier to do in bulk ahead of time, many options but the interface could be cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track how our posts are being received is a real ally.
Great functionality that needs a better interface
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of cross-platform posting among multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall UI could be cleaner, but the scheduling makes up for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our audience and finding new fans.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it simple to monitor all social in one. The Twitter feature is the best part - allowing you search streams, mentions, hashtags. It helps me keep up not only on our brand, but on competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a calendar function similar to AgoraPulse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving real time monitoring. Splitting my time between policy and communication, I'm limited on how much time I can spend looking through social. This gives me what I need to quickly and without hours of digging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is at the top of the market. Continue using for great social management.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Good navigation. Ease to add your social media platforms. Simple to schedule posts which makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to subscribe to add more media channels...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all social media pages in one central location rather than going to each individual page
