What do you like best about the product?
Ability to post readings--both original and read--to multiple places. Set it and forget it.

Limits on free versions can seem a bit restrictive.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of functionality here. You can monitor and engage with your fans, listen to conversations, find new leads, and more. There's also analytics, scheduling, work flow and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a clunky interface and finding your way around is difficult at first. I find it hard to discover all the great features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting social listening, community management, and content scheduling all in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can choose multiple social media outlets at the same time and schedule them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will disable one of my social media outlets and I have to go through the process of getting it approved again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly schedule posts. This helps me be more consistent on social media and takes up less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allowed my colleagues and I to manager social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) in a very simple and seamless way. The training process was at least 20 minutes, which shows how user-friendly this software is.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used Hootsuite, there was an issue with LinkedIn posts sometimes when it came to attachments and links, sometimes causing me to have to post manually within the LinkedIn UI instead - which is not what you want when you're using a software that is supposed to be fully integrated with all social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When your company has hundreds of clients, from lawyers to doctors, it's not possible to post on every social page manually. Hootsuite saves time and makes it much easier to make sure our clients are active on social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that every social platform is fully integrated with Hootsuite. Presentation is very important in media and when links or attachments don't show up correctly, it may cause potential clients to continue scrolling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that is so user friendly. I have tried several social media management software and this one by far is the easiest to use! I love that it also includes analytic reports that you can have automatically scheduled for every month!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to actually copy and paste to schedule anything for instagram. Many times hootsuite didn't work and never reminded me on a post for instagram. Thats the only downfall. All of the other social media platforms you don't really have to worry about. Oh and Hootsuite has a tough time scheduling videos. When they post sometimes it only posts the caption and not the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and strategy, it helps me figure out what works and what doesn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitly use it. Its reliable and makes managing social media accounts easy!

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to manage multiple accounts allows our business to have complete oversight of the different aspects of our business. It also allows us to gauge what/who is coming in and out of our camps
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface could be more simplified so that if we had a young intern they would be able to navigate without our upper level management being so hands on .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no problems, hootsuite has helped us to become more organized

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using HootSuite because it allows me to see all of the social media channels I manage for a buisness in one place. I can quickly look and see where I am with likes, shares, etc!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that Instagram is not better integrated with the program, I still have to go to IG remotely to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are easily the convenience of having all of the social channels accessible from one app. It helps to see it all in front of you to know what areas of social media marketing you need to target more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can schedule posts to multiple channels for multiple brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to manually post to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to publish a post ahead of time instead of posting on the spot, manually. Sometimes it can be easy to forget to post for a brand if you are posting for multiple brands so Hootsuite is a life saver!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for multiple brands! Must post manually to Instagram, does send a notification and copy/paste copy and image for you.

What do you like best about the product?
That when I include the link with the text the hed, dek, and cover image of the article tweet out with it. It creates a more engaging tweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my coworker and I try to both use it in a day, it often kicks one of us out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very few employees splitting all of the work, and it makes scheduling social posts very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a quality product, I would recommend it for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts for all of our social media channels in one place and see them all conveniently at the same time. The other functions for tracking and monitoring and gathering analytics to create reports, etc. may be great, but we only have the free version so I can't really speak to that aspect of the platform. The free version is fine for what my company needs as we really are mainly concerned with facebook analytics, anyway. We just go directly to our facebook account for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's layout is a bit confusing. It took me several uses to remember where to go to create drafts and schedule posts. I think the layout could use a bit of an update as well. It looks a bit outdated. I will say that their help section is pretty straightforward and useful when you need to figure something out, though. Easy to look through and find the solution pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hootsuite to schedule out our social media plans for a month. It's extremely convenient and much quicker than logging on to each channel and creating drafts for each one. We only use the free version, so I can't say much about the analytics and the monitoring aspects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the free version first and see how you like it. You can always upgrade later once you've played around with it a bit.
